I have been seeing Dr. Lance for around 28 years, and I think he is the absolute best GP. He listens, he explains, he is very practical and he tells it like it is. and gives you lots of options.
He honestly cares. The staff is great and if there is an emergency, they will squeeze me in. I see NP Lisa when Dr Lance is out and she is also great. My wife sees her. The other NPs I have seen have also been great. Great office.

While I have no issues with Lance directly, I have had several negative experiences with this office. For one, their hours listed BOTH on google and on their answering machine are incorrect. In trying to pick up my paper prescriptions, I saw that google listed their close time as 11 and their machine said 10:30. I get a hold of someone finally just to be told they closed at 10 AM and I could not pick up my prescriptions until tomorrow. This coming after a negative experience with a nurse practitioner who argued with me agressively in the front of the office about whether or not the pharmacy was able to fill a certain psychiciatric medication (they had told me they could not) insisting I was incorrect and being dishonest until I cried and left without the issue being solved. I have been with this office since I was a teenager and am sad to have such increasing issues.

Dr. Lance and NP Lisa are so knowledgable and helpful with all things related to my health and always address my concerns. They really care about their patients and it shows.

I have been seeing Dr.Lance and NP Lisa for over 15 years. My husband sees him and my kids. Now my grandchildren see them as well. We absolutely love how they take the time to know their patients so we get the best possible care.

I have been seeing Dr. Lance since I was 13 years old.. now 29 and he has truly been one of the best doctors. Not only does he listen and spend time with you, but also very honest… good or bad news he has a professional approach. His nursing staff is great also - Sharon, Korie, Amanda & Ashley are fantastic. I do agree the front office staff can be inflexible at times, but if you follow all policies and ask the right questions you shouldn’t have a problem. Also if you can’t get into see Dr. Lance, NP Lisa is awesome.

Dr. Lance is such a blessing. I was in the hospital and after my release he has gone above and beyond to help me heal and get better. He's caring and he listens to any concerns you have.

I've been going there for at least 15 years. They are the absolute best. In an era when medical care can be complicated or you can feel rushed, this office has remained a very good family practice who will not treat you like a number or like they want to rush you out of there. I always feel that I've been treated like a real human being and like an individual, not just a number. I've never felt rushed or hurried along in any way, which I find to be a very rare thing this day and age.

I've seen Dr Lance for 25 years since I was 11 years old and my family first moved to Tomball. I have the upmost respect for him but this office has become a joke. I tried to make an appointment for respiratory problems and they told me I either had to take a COVID test and it comes back negative or wear a mask. I went to the pharmacy and bought a COVID test and it came back negative so I called to try to set the appointment and they said I had to wear a mask either way. I told them I couldn't wear a mask considering I was having trouble breathing. Then they just wanted me to do a phone appointment so I asked how the doctor was supposed to listen to my lungs over the phone. Then they went back to the mask thing and then back to the phone thing and back and forth. Question, since when did doctors become so scared of an illness that they refuse to see you? Especially if you tested negative for the illness they fear so much...

I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Lance and Dr. Cotton for your primary healthcare needs; they are incredible physicians who genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Lance and Dr. Cotton take the time to listen to me and have a fantastic ability to explain very complicated medical conditions in a way that is easy to understand. They both have warm and welcoming personalities that immediately put patients at ease and are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure their health and well-being.

I have been coming to this office for years and have been very happy overall. I usually see Nurse Practitioner Lisa and she's wonderful, caring and thorough. I would highly recommend Lisa. She takes her time and her bedside manner is great. Today, I was seen due to an illness and Lisa was booked. I saw Nurse Practitioner Emily and she was just as kind, took her time and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this office.

This office refused to see my pregnant wife even after testing negative for covid and flu. Part time doctors aren't doctors. Your response was deflective and inaccurate. You said she had to use telecom due to being congested. And I would have gladly talked to you if someone could answer the phones. Or at the very least and option for voice-mail. We will gladly take our family somewhere else part timer.

Would not recommend. The office manager has a problem with taking ownership of her office issues and talks over you until you get upset and then wonders why you're so upset. I needed medicine for my condition, I'll go elsewhere where they don't take advantage of people during a pandemic. These people do not listen and ignored my concerns to talk over me and tell me what they think I was trying to say.
