5-star experience at the Walgreens Fedex Onsite Drop-off. The evening store manager, Mr Ibrahim went out of his way to help me return my Fedex boxes. Not only the boxes were large and heavy, It was late in the evening. He was detail-oriented and highly professional.

This is supposed to be a “Happy Returns” location. I call it the Not-So-Happy-Returns location now. They refused to take my return package because their “system was down.” It’s already inconvenient to go find these designated drop off locations, much less when this kind of stuff happens. Unreliable.

Don't waste your time unless you have your items in a box with a label and ready to ship. They don't print anything out for you. Waste of time.
