Zero stars. Picked up a truck with a badly dry rotted front tire. The tire had chunks of rubber missing all around it. With no other rental options available, was forced to take it. When I brought it to the representative's attention, he suggested that I take it somewhere to get it replaced !!! Unsat!

I rent alot of cars on my corporate account as well for my personal use, since moving to this location it has been a struggle to get the service I had in the BCS area. One time my corporate rate was overcharged and had to have the manager fix the issue. Another time as a gold member, I used my free upgrade but was still charged. Once again, the manager resolved that issue. And as I type this, I rented an intermediate size and was placed in a compact with the associate telling me he is doing me a favor with this upgrade... Huh!I should not have to be going through this hassle to get the service my corporation I pay for just to have the manager have to resolve the issues. I am not a complainer but this time I guess it went to far because I am typing this and also contacted the corporate office and hope to receive a response.Oh and do not get me started on the cracked windshield.On a positive note, the manager in that location is superb. I am sure he stays busy!

Some guy crashed into me so my vehicle was out for repairs and I had rental car coverage for 30 days. First timer - my insurance sent me here. My insurance company that shall not be named - Geico - had been giving me problems since the start. Not wanting to cooperate at all. I showed up here and I was lucky enough to walk in to the manager on duty - Jarray. This guy chilled me out and walked me through the whole process and got me into my rental for mainly my wife and kids is what I needed it for. Out of the whole mess, he was the only one that was nice and a real human being dealing with all these insurance companies and getting shafted every which way. When I returned the vehicle, I accidentally left my baby reflection mirror in the car and he retrieved it for me before the car was rented out again and my wife drove up there to get it. That was very cool of him to do that. My wife said he was very respectful and professional. We drive from Houston to Dallas often and this is my go to joint now because of Jarray and they seem to have good vehicles to choose from. Thank you Enterprise for being nice human beings in this crazy world.

We have had such great experiences with this location! The staff is amazing and extremely knowledgeable and personable. Dre took care of us for our last visit and we couldn't have been happier! Keep doing a great job everyone!

I travel frequently for work and we exclusively use Enterprise, before the pandemic they were fine. With the shortage of cars, the service has gone down the drain. I have showed up over 4 times, FOUR to pick up my reservation that was booked a month in advance to be told there was no cars. All times they say they've called me to notify me there was no cars - I have never not once received a call, text or voicemail to say there was no cars. I wouldn't show up if there wasn't! Get real. Also, they never answer the phone. Now I know why. I've attached a video of the phone ringing nonstop. No one ever answered and it was like that the whole hour I was there. This past time was my breaking point. My pick up time was 10am, they told me the car was getting an oil change and I'd have to wait a bit. No big deal because I came at 9:45. 10:20 rolls around, (me being there almost 40 minutes, still no car) all these people come in after me for 10, 10:30 and 11am reservations, and they get cars, still no car for me. Around 10:45 (an hour of me being there) I'm like ok where is my car because I got to go. They tell me "it's here, we're just disinfecting it". Finally get the car around 11, so an hour and 15 minutes of me waiting there and THEY LEAVE IT ON EMPTY and mark on the paperwork it's on a half a tank, and then give me a beat up car with panels missing on both sides, that smells like actual dog shit. Not to mention, I was late for an 11am meeting. These people have no customer service, no sense of urgency, and continue to get worse as time goes on. I am hoping once the car shortage gets better the service here will get better as well. Until then, I'm staying far away from this location as possible. I suggest you all do the same.

Got to say the staff is always polite. I just hate when the reservation department is so eager to get renters that they do not tell the customer the truth all the time and that's what really hurts the guys at the pick up locations. I gave four star because the vehicle wasn't ready and I had to wait well past my reserve time. Again the fifth star that is missing is the reservation service not the actual location fault but they to me are a unit and should be on the same page.

The rental vehicle was fine. The service and fees were the low point. I was charged to modify my pickup date well before the rental date, I was charged a full day for returning the vehicle a couple hours late. I was charged a higher deposit because according to the rep. "people" have been renting and not returning vehicles lately. This was my last time at the location and possibly last time with Enterprise if these fees are consistent across the board.P.S. Bump that disingenuous response to score points that you are responsive. It doesn't take me reaching out to research and resolve the issues I have noted. If it happened to me, it's no doubt a practice. Use your internal audit department.
