Today I went to the ER due to having severe chest pain and shortness of breathe from prescribed nitrofurantoin. There was maybe 3 people in the lobby including myself and they took almost 2 hours just for me to be seen. Not to mention my pain was so bad and I’m also 8 months pregnant.
Once I was admitted to a room, we had the worse nurse ever. She has short hair with entitlement attitude. I get it, they “know” what they’re doing but treat your patients better. I had to ask my mom to let her know I desperately needed pain medicine and this “nurse” stayed gossiping with her coworkers and didn’t take us seriously nor cared about our request. Then before we did some scans, I told the male nurse I couldn’t even sign due to my pain being so bad. He told the nurse again and she rolled eyes, how disrespectful and unprofessional. I’m surprised this lady is still there. Do better, I’m sure people have better things to do than want to go to an ER so treat everyone nicely. Her initials are JW since no full name was included.

I unfortunately ended up in the Emergency room 2 days ago. I was very nervous going in because of a bad experience at another ER. This place was amazing. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Jane was my nurse and she was so nice and helped calm my nerves. I hope I don’t need another ER visit but if I do this is where I’m going.

5 stars across the board. The staff were compassionate, quick, and very friendly. They took such good care of me and made sure I had everything I needed. The doctor took the time to explain what was going on in detail and the nurse made sure I felt comfortable with the news before leaving. The hospital was clean and orderly. Very thankful for everyone who helped me!

So very THANKFUL to all of the medical staff at Tomball Hospital?. My husband rushed me to the ER with horrible back/abdominal pains around 10pm April 8th. Within a short amount of time I was in an exam room, blood tests and CT scan. Revealing I was suffering with a cluster of kidney stones causing a blockage. The attending Dr was able to administer much needed pain meds while admitting me to the third floor to be seen by the urologist (Dr. Stocks). My nursing care was exceptional ? RN - Addie (night nurse) and RN- Stephanie (day nurse) & nurse tech named Daysi?. You three amazing women are Angels in my book! Dr. Stocks was great explaining that I needed a surgical procedure to relieve the cluster of kidney stones. So on April 10, two very helpful & kind OR nurses came to take me for the procedure. I’m sorry I only remember the name Toni (she’s another Angel) my anesthesiologist Dr. Tom and all of the attending staff in OR made me feel so completely taken care of (Love you All)!!! Thankfully I was able to go home to my family later that evening. I can honestly say that my experience at Tomball Hospital was a full 5 star rating from beginning to end⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I wish other hospitals in Houston could take notes on how this hospital is ran because there’s a lot to learn from this one! I could tell there’s like a sense of family here & that speaks volumes to the administration, management & all the hard working people behind the scenes. Even the cafeteria food was delicious! Please keep up the great work with hiring and keeping people who truly care about helping others in their times of need (I’m grateful ?).

If I could give them 1 star I would. Dr. Vue is so unprofessional. When you're sick all the time. With one adrenal gland. On all these medications to help with severe pain do to losing adrenal gland, gall bladder, and have pacemaker in. Then have low white blood cells do to cancer then this tool says your medicine seeking unbelievable

We need some nurses and doctors that follow the HIPPA oath. Period. Went in here with blue cross blue shield and still treated like garbage. Go to St Luke's or memorial or Willowbrook! They violate HIPPA at this hospital. Not going to let this go. Congratulations you guys. Sarcasm.
Terrible. Karma is real. Especially for the guy in the Jersey and the "nurse" that brought me apple juice after my blood being sucked out of my body.

Went in on Jan 31 because I was having a very traumatic miscarriage. Everyone I saw was great with one exception, my ER nurse. The one with the long blond Bob, cracking her gum, looking bored, ignored the call button, another nurse had to help me clean the blood off myself because my nurse was nowhere to be found. Matter of fact, she never even gave me the call button, it was the other nurse and my nurse never answered when I needed help.

My husband had an outpatient cardiac procedure, the admission staff were friendly and helpful. The care was great. Unfortunately an unexpected emergency developed and the medical team response was excellent. He was transferred to CCU. I'm an experienced and watchful nurse and everything done for him was professional, and caring. The doctors, nurses, technologists were phenomenal. He was discharged home and we both have the most utmost respect for his care!

I will NEVER have any kind of procedure at the 22475 Tomball Pkwy, Tomball, TX. My doctor referred me for a CT SCAN and I was given the wrong address from the (800) number that scheduled my appointment. I arrived and I was the only patient. I didn't get the MEMO not to come to this location, WILLOWBROOK location in Tomball, Tx. It took the so call nurse over almost an hour later after I drank the contrast. Then, this male nurse, has to put in an IV which he put it in like I have never before seen any nurse do. He put the needle in where the needle ran across my the inside of my elbow, where the needle was sitting West to East. Never in my entire adult life has any nurse ever done this I have very good veins and nurses are always happy to see my veins. Nurses have always run the needles facing my wrist (North- South) of my wrist. This procedure was Thursday and today is Sunday. The inside of my arm is, "BRUISED." PEOPLE DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION. WARN YOUR LOVED ONES TOO!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION 22475 TOMBALL PKWY, TOMBALL, TX.
