Terrible customer service. Not only did they not accept credit cards they got an attitude with me when I asked for a receipt to get reimbursed from insurance. Would not recommend them and will never use them again.

Omar was fantastic! He was efficient, stayed in constant communication, and sent pictures of the pick up & drop off. He was very professional. I called him around 1:30pm and by 3:45pm, my car was picked up from one dealership and dropped off at another!I would 10/10 recommend and refer him to anyone looking for a tow!

I’m not from Houston , visiting and using a family member’s car when the engine light came on while I was driving and car wouldn’t start after I pulled off to the shoulder. I called dynasty after googling towing services to get my car towed and they were there within minutes!! Driver was super friendly, checked the car , got it Towed to mechanic and was very good price ! I recommend to anyone in the Houston area who needs towing and any other road side service!Service: Long distance hauling

Omar is the man! Had an awesome experience today with Dynasty Auto Towing. Omar responded quickly with a very reasonable quote for an auto transfer across town. He even helped get our classic car out of the storage unit! He worked with us to meet our schedule, arrived on time, and made doing business very smooth! We highly recommend Dynasty towing to anyone. We will use again if ever needed.

Excellent Service..From the moment I called for towing help to pickup was about 10-15 minutes.. They used a flatbed for our 2001 Suburban (drive shaft broke) & the Driver was Very Quick, Friendly, CARING & Knowledgeable.. He loaded our vehicle and my husband/truck was home about 15 mins later.. Very Reasonable & Fair price.. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!!! I Will Recommend Them to All My Friends ?

I gave them 12 hours notice that my vehicle needed to be at a shop at 7:30am. There said a wrecker would pick it up at 7:00am. At 7:01am no one was there and no one called to say why they were late. I called dispatch to be told driver would be there in 30 minutes. 30 minutes, 45 minutes passed and I called back to find out how much longer. They said 7 minutes. 10 minutes plus and driver finally showed up. No reasons from driver why he was late. I rode with him. Driver asked if he could stop to get gas. The shop was only 5 miles away so I said we're almost there and we're already late so keep going. After he unloaded he sat in his truck. Didn't come to me asking for payment. He just sat there. I went to him and he asked how I wanted to pay. I said credit card and he suggested cash. He cash would be good. I just wanted the shop to get started on my vehicle so they could finish it in one day. I gave him $140 cash, I looked at him, expecting him to give me a receipt but he quickly drove away. I didn't need the receipt but he should have given me one anyway, or at least offered one. He was very suspicious. Dispatch doesn't answer the phone as "Dynasty Wrecker" or "Wrecker service", it's just "Service". First time I called I had to ask if I was calling Dynasty Wrecker. From my experience, most wrecker services are that way anyway. Feel like you can't trust them. Dynasty is just another one of them. I will never call them again.
