First I must say that Laura is an excellent customer service rep. She was very patient and very knowledgeable in what I needed for an older John Deere gator. I hope she stays with this company because it would be their loss if she didn't. Delivery was very fast and it was packaged very well. My mechanic is installing the starter now. This will be my go to place for parts since I have a large farm and a lot of different big equipment. The local companies around here just care about making a buck and I'm here to tell you that their customer service is pretty bad. They could all use some lessons from Laura. I recommend this company. My review was supposed to be for the store in Georgia but it somehow ended up on the Tomball Tx store.

Does not offer alternators for cars and trucks, only handles industrial equipment. Does not sale alternator rebuild kits either as I was told they are not offered for him to buy from suppliers.

Classic bait and switch. He said he'd be able to fix my starter for $120. Final cost was $275. A new one would have cost me $290 off the shelf at Napa. He didn't call me and let me know what was wrong with it or let me know that the final cost would be different than the estimate. He just assumed that I would want a rebuilt tractor starter for the cost of a new one. I'm sure the workmanship is fine, but it's untested right now.
