This company took advantage of my mom, and I am sure many others. They charge Medicare for unnecessary testing. They mail senior citizens test kits, which their online doctors "approve" the tests as "your doctor requested".

I would have given no star, but There was no option for no stars. Results of tests were never given to the doctor, even though the nurse left several messages with the lab ! 10 days!

They call random people to get them to be tested for various things. Then send you a kit to take your dna. Don’t do it!!! Only your doctor would request tests needed. Be careful! Be wise! Disabled people and EVERYONE beware! I luckily caught these people trying to get my brother that is handicapped to take his dna sample to tell him wether or not he has a history of blah blah blah in his genetic makeup. He doesn’t need any of that. Why would he need a neurocognitive evaluation from a lab that isn’t associated with his primary physician?? He doesn’t!!! I wish I would have answered that phone call I would have told than where they can shove that qtip!!!!

My sister was charged 14000.00 for blood work that was never done. Medicare paid over 3000.00 of it, before we got the statement
