This CVS location is awesome! I went in for a minute clinic visit and the nurse Michelle Warren and her assistant nurse were so helpful and kind! They were informative and patient with me and my questions. I definitely would recommend this CVs as I have been a customer for many years. Thank you Nurse Warren and the assistant nurse for everything you do.

I am not sure why this CVS has so many low stars but for someone traveling out of state and needing a place for medical care, this place was absolutely fantastic. I was able to schedule an appointment with minute clinic online very easily. Wait time at the location was also minimal. I was able to speak with the dr about my symptoms and get checked for what I needed. The pharmacy was quick to fill my prescription after my appointment and I was even able to get help from the pharmacist with figuring out my insurance info. Overall it was a wonderful experience and even though I was sick this clinic helped me greatly!

Rude, hostile employees. They can't keep pharmacy open during the middle of a Saturday afternoon shortly after lunchtime because the employees all take a break at the same time-ridiculous not to spread out the breaks.

I went here around 9PM to just grab some travel size toothpaste. Employee greeted me and kept on cleaning. Was able to locate the toothpaste and check out easily.

Only because zero isn’t an option. Double check your prices for marked down items . Employees do as they are “told” and the markdown is not what is advertised . I proceeded to show Kathy the clerk at checkout my calculator and the math 1.99 - 90% is not .99. The response was I’m doing what I was told to do. I asked her to ring me up for my essential items since she was wasting my time but not honoring or even using her own calculator to figure out the math. I also asked to speak to the manager since I was confused about why it was advertised falsely. I walked out to place my items in my car when I returned Cara the store manager was talking with Kathy. I smiled and approached them to see what the resolution would be . Cara proceeded to take a step back like she was afraid of me and state her employee was doing as told to do .. ( as I heard a million times previously ) . She also told me I had to be respectful as she wasn’t sure if I had an altercation with Kathy and I should be respectful . My calculator was doing math right apparently too since 90% was not .99.Moral of the story if you work in customer relations and are a “MANAGER” of any sort you probably should learn how to deal with customers. Maybe there’s a remedial course . Did I need the item that was 90% off absolutely not , would I usually spend this much time even bothering …. No. However , Cara and Kathy really motivated me .

If I could give less stars I would. The Minute Clinic guy Jeffrey was completely amazing in helping me out during my horrible experience at this CVS. I came in with horrible flu symptoms and I just wanted to get a test and medication to take. Jeffrey helped me greatly. This review is about Jayda Wang, the pharmacist. She was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Her customer service was seriously bad for someone feeling absolutely terrible at the time. She was so short and uncaring in a difficult situation for me. She made me feel bad for trying to apply a coupon and the sent me to the end of the line of 4 people after I had already been there for 2 hours. I will admit she did come around at the end and helped me out with a question once she saw my face up close and how bad I was feeling. I wish she could have been that caring the whole experience.

I have been visiting this location for my family medical needs for over a year. Have had great experiences with the pharmacy techs. However, today I had the pleasure of working with the actual pharmacist. She was rude, had a horrible attitude and was very dismissive at 8am. I see the reviews from others so apparently this is not new behavior. It’s sad you’re in an industry that requires compassion and empathy with none of these characteristics. As I left I told her I hope her day gets better as it is 8am and it is too early for that attitude. I even took out of my day to call and make an official complaint. I hope that these complaints are heard and she is required to do some type of new trainings for customer service and interactions with customers. She definitely needs it.

Great store to purchase from but if you need to dispose of any unwanted prescriptions- call before you head over there. The disposal box was locked up and they were not receiving any more disposals until further notice.

Horrible experience no help poor customer service. After asking for help. There was no one there at the time she could of help me.Refused to help me laughed at me when my cvs card discount didn’t work.cvs on the corner of kurkendahl and RayfordI didn’t get my glucose strips.

Deserves ZERO stars. The worst pharmacy that I’ve ever had to deal with. they will not tell you when your prescription is out of stock. They will text you saying it’s there and ready and even if you CALL TO CONFIRM they will say it is ready. then you get there they tell you it’s not in stock .This happened twice the first time the girl said it wasn’t in stock I asked why they didn’t contact me so I could get it sent elsewhere She said “idk it’s automated sometimes they call sometimes they don’t but they don’t have time to make calls”and when it happened the second time the guy at the register LAUGHED AT ME when I was mad that I had been lied to about my sons prescription.To prevent this happening for a THIRD time I called them again to make sure it was there so I could have it transferred if not I was straight up YELLED at by their associate “Blessing” they said idk what you want me to do the computer says it’s here. I asked her if she could physically place her hands on the prescription to ensure it was ACTUALLY there this time. She the put the phone down for a few minutes laughed and talked to someone and then said “ya. It’s here” so I guess we’ll see if it’s actually there todayThese people need to learn how to talk to people. They are rude and unprofessional and I certainly will not be using them again after thisI would have had it sent elsewhere THIS time if I trusted that they were competent enough to actually transfer it. But I definitely didn’t after this experience.

I wouldn’t put, a star if I had the option,I came today to return a knee support my husband got and it wasn’t the correct one he needed,This lady that attended me today she has such a horrible attitude from the start, put your phone number there, she said, I say I am not sure what number my husband put, well who ever bought it put it there, she said, well wherever number yours then, the picture shows I have the receipt my husband it’s at home sick recovering!Then she asked for the credit card it was purchased and obviously ? it was my husband and he was home now, well can’t return it for you she say with such attitudeIt’s Cvs policy!! REALLY I HAVE THE RECEIPTSHE DIDNT OFFER ANY OPTION,I am so disappointed yes I will contact their corporate about this!! It’s not so much the 50 dollarsIt’s their staff attitude!! Ones it’s purchased they don’t welcome you any more!!

Customer service is very poor, especially the lady that it’s always at the front. I came to get Covid test in the morning and was allowed 3. Later that day I called to inquire if I could get more because I had a family member sick with a fever and couldn’t go to the store, the lady responded said yes 3 per person. I went up there to get more and she denied me from buying them. I explained to her I called in advance and this was a different transaction. Then I told her fine my mom with buy them, she was with me this time. She said no 3 per family. I got upset and said that’s not what she told me both times I was on the phone and in person. She finally let my mom get some. Two days later, I’m in the store buying a motion light. Took it home and one of them would not work. Went to return the item today and misplaced the receipt but read online some stores can look up purchases with credit card or store card member number or give store credit. I got in line to return the item and she said no I can’t return it without a receipt. I asked her to please look it up, she claims she can’t, I responded, I’ve been to many CVS and you can look it up or give store credit as it says online. Plus I see I made a purchase on my account with my extra care card (online) just doesn’t show what items I bought. I told her again what can she do for me and the manager stepped on and said oh we can do returned without receipts up to $3.00. 3???????? They barely even sell items under 3 dollars as they are overpriced on everything. The manager said it’s store policy and each store can do what they want. Eventually they gave me store credit for a item under 20 dollars. It’s 2022! Get with the times!! Have store look up, emailed receipts, a reasonable return policy at minimum follow corporate. You are not in the ghetto where I could see fraudulent returns would be at its greatest. I’ve never had so many issues with with a cvs before.

Came here to buy gift cards for my nephew's and they had such a large and diverse selection! Very helpful staff
