There shipping is absolutely a lie the first time I ordered from them I had problems with my order being over a week late with no tracking updates and mind you I don’t live half way across the country from them so didn’t think that would be the issue so had no idea when the product was going to show up then decided to give them another try and yup same exact problem doesn’t leave Texas until 2 weeks after I was suppose to receive my item very frustrating when you are promised a certain time and you don’t get it smh thought I’d give them another try will never be going back

The images I had printed are VERY blurry. I understand from their policy, no refunds, no exchanges, etc. HOWEVER, I had the EXACT same images done with another company about 2 weeks ago and went with CSDS Vinyl due to a lower price. The other company's printing was sharp and precise! You get what you pay for. ALSO, other company shipped in a hard round tube. CSDS shipped in a 24" long box....it was crushed. Won't buy from here again.

The customer service at the Tomball location isn’t my issue it’s the gang sheets I ordered online. The clear release paper does not transfer well at all. The image I attached is what I ordered yet the paper doesn’t transfer well at all (look at the printed shirt). I know it’s the paper because the white sheets I buy inside the store have no issues transferring. I put the heat all the way up to 450 and it still wouldn’t transfer right. My entire book club ordered the book club gang sheets, and it looks like we all just wasted our money ??♀️

If I could rate "zero stars" I would. This company has grown and now treats their customers like trash. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and their customer service, aside from the ladies who work at the Tomball Location, is absolutely garage. Don't waste your money on people who only see you as dollar signs. There are plenty of local small businesses who sell better products and actually care about their customers!
