The towing company is evil and the leaf blowers are going every other day, I swear they just stand in one spot outside the apartment being loud af. Worst apartment complex, they are way overcharging for the condition and quality of this place when all they do is give it the landlord special. The floors are uneven and the walls are cracked, don't rent here.

Just recently moved from this location , HORRIBLE!! Stayed for 3 years , Hard to find parkingspots I had to park at the hospital across the street, I put in so many works orders to get things fixed in my apt , it will take the maintenance literally months to fix anything so I gave up with trying. I paid for a parking spot last year that I never got , I paid 25$ and wasn't refunded. It's crazy how you Can be a day late on rent and they'll come harassing you threatening to evict you. I had a heavy mold problem that they'll come and just paint over then the mold re appears months later. My AC unit was trash , spent many hot nights in my apt. This location can NEVER keep consistent maintenance workers and another big problem I couldn't deal with were the heavy roach infestation!!!!!! I kept my apt clean I worked most of the time so I barely sat around so how is my apt infested like this . I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND COBBLE CREEK TO ANYONE NOT EVEN TO MY WORSE ENEMY ????⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️??????????? IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY DO NOT MOVE HERE

Absolutely worst place to visit they will tow you for doing what you are supposed to do and have screenshots of the visiting you have to fill out on the phone. Will see how they like the news media getting involved with this, they prey on people and lie. People make sure to take pictures and protect yourselves they will cost you money. Even tenants that pay monthly rent there have had their own cars towed by this lying no good excuse of management!! EDITED*** Don't come on here and spin it like you are the good guys, THE PARKING POLICY is ridiculous, and I will guarantee you will find out when 17 of your tenants that have given reviews and statements over this policy alone. Your own tenants that you do not care about you have towed. Again, you are still not a place to waste your money at and when the news article hits you will understand why you should not treat tenants and visitors with such disrespect.

Stayed in these apartments for 2 years and car has been towed 4 times costing a total of $1600 which I do not have a lot of money to begin with... These apartments are the absolute Lowest of living you can get in Tomball.. and management is the absolute worse...I wouldn't even recommend a family of mice to move in!!!

This is by far the worst place to live. You think cause it’s cheap and the pictures make it look nice that it’s worth it. When I first moved in they charged me an extra $100 to move in 2 days early but when I got there my apartment was infested with roaches. Then Linda tried saying the guy who lived there before me didn’t let them know there was a roach infestation. So why would they let me spend $100 extra dollars to move in 2 extra days and not even be able to live there cause how nasty it was. Never got a refund. And don’t pay for reserved parking cause everybody’s gonna take your spot and no action is going to occur. After 8 months of paying for my reserved spot and nothing happening to people parking in my spot they finally got a new towing company. Never got a refund on my parking pass because it was almost everyday somebody stole my spot. Management is just horrible. And don’t believe all the reviews you see that are recent. They give discounts on your rent if you put a good review. So all the reviews you see that are recent are just for a discount. My Pregnant wife that came home from the military with her car parked her car and registered it in the app for visitors. The next day it was towed and when I went to the office Ms.Linda practically said she can’t do nothing for me. So I had to pay $350 just to get her car out. Management does nothing to help, they’re just money hungry.

Helped a young man move into his first apartment. It was the least expensive apartment in the area. At first glance, it was fine but upon inspection, many shortcomings were found. We made a list of things to give to management. It is an older apartment complex but in a convenient part of Tomball. Parking spaces are limited close to your rented unit. The owners should do a better job of upkeep and maintenance. It was acceptable as a first time apartment if the list items are fixed.

At first rent here I was happy. Then started moving in for like a year I started not to like it. There too much roaches here, apartment people over charging people for rent. Then they want to charge you 400 something for last month then want me pay 1400 for this rent. Not worthy to pay that kind money to stay here. They done change office staff people three times smh. It takes forever to fix stuff around apartment. (The towing and apartments people working together and they don't care if residents that lives in here get their car tow knowing it residents vehicle. ) management is poor I wish Mrs Linda was back in office. Very poor unprofessional management and they do not care residents that pay their rent on time.

I recently had the pleasure of living at Cobble Creek Apartments, the application process was prompt and easy to pick the perfect apartments for your needs through their website and apply. I was impressed by the exceptional level of service and attention to detail provided by the management and staff. The apartment was clean and beautifully designed. The layout was spacious, with high ceilings and large windows that flooded the space with natural light. The interior finishes were modern and stylish, creating a comfortable yet sophisticated atmosphere. The amenities offered were outstanding. There was a well-equipped fitness center overlooking the pool and waterfall. It is very relaxing and quiet a nice place to tan, swim and read a book. One aspect that stood out to me was the excellent maintenance team. They responded promptly to any issues or concerns I had throughout my stay, ensuring that everything was always in working order. It gave me peace of mind knowing that any problems would be addressed quickly and efficiently.Another highlight was the location of the apartment complex. Situated nearby numerous and conveniently by restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The neighbors are very friendly and quite with no public disturbances. I feel very safe in my apartment complex.Lastly, I must commend the friendly and professional staff who made living in this apartment truly enjoyable. They were always available to assist with any questions or requests and went above and beyond to create a sense of community among residents through various social events. Overall, my experience living at Cobble Creek Apartments has been a great one in every way possible. From its lovely design and amenities to its prime location and exceptional service, I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I have lived here at Cobble Creek Apts in the same apt#131 for 16 years . During that period I have experienced 4 owner changes , countless on site management and maintenance changes and very poor living conditions. A while back Regina became the on site Manager turned the place around with positive attitude and kindness. She earned a promotion and has brought in her replacement Rosa Ramos trained and worked with her. I use the fitness center every day. I hear how caring and sincere she is with the residents here. come look and see how well this property is maintained. i'm a satisfied .resident. Yes the rent hurts on a fixed income but so does the grocery store, gas station and doctors office. G.F.Knause 01/25/2024

These people are incredibly heartless and very difficult to deal with. I work for a company called Top Notch Turf (TNT)My company truck broke down, So we sent it to the shop and I took one of our other company trucks home. Same company wrap on it and everything. Even used the istall app to register it in a guest parking spot since I was unable to get in contact with the property manager. Flash forward to less than 24 hours later and the truck was towed. I do recall the app being very difficult to navigate and definitely seemed sketchy. Anyways, I went to the office to try and figure it out and possibly have the fee waived to get this truck out but, instead was met with a an “oh well too bad”manager who couldn’t even tell me the name of the tow company or how much THEIR fee was… Afterwards she began to berate me and told me to get out of the office. I am now down $360 AS A RESIDENT. I’ve always tried to be easy to deal with as a tenant and this is what I’m met with. I am absolutely DISGUSTED.I have literally been robbed by the very place I call home. The impound lot agreed that something is not right with this situation.
