We’ve been a long time customer of CB in the Fairfield community, however, this CB was close to my work. I had an issue happen on Friday and after speaking with the owner, they ordered the part I needed and were ready to fix it up Monday morning. I got to CB, the shuttle brought me to work (driver was very personable), received a text around 10am saying it was ready and the shuttle picked me up from work around 4:45. I had a great experience as a first time customer of this CB. I will definitely visit again!

I made an appointment today for an oil change. Everyone was very nice. However when it was time to check out, they advised that I needed a cabin air filter and new brake pads and rotors. I got this car brand new 7 months ago and it has 10k miles on it. I told them no way possible, they proceeded to walk out to the shop and said it’s been confirmed by 3 technicians that both front pads are at 4mm 30% life left. They wanted $560 to change not only the pads but the rotors. So I said no thanks and left. I took 4 years of auto mechanics and knew I could do it cheaper, so I went home and pulled off the tires because I still didn’t believe them and was going back to the dealership if true…but the pads are as thick as the brand new rotors. This will be my last visit here.

I brought wife’s SUV in for 100k mile service with a “supposedly” starter issue that I may have fixed (battery terminal was a bit loose). Kris and his team took good care of us and was honest in their estimate. They checked the starter several times and couldn’t replicate the issues, so they waived the diagnostic fee. They did not pressure us on additional unnecessary service (which is why I have always like Christian Brothers).

I was shocked how much I was charged to replace one (1) front wheel bearing ($1100) on my 2012 KIA Optima. Further, I was quoted $120 to replace a bad fog lamp that ultimately a nearby KIA dealer changed for free once I provided them with the replacement lamp.
My advice: Do not take your auto to Christian Brother South Tomball for repairs.

I went here for a state inspection. I was told I failed due to a leak from my power steering resoivoir line. I checked it myself. My husband has looked at it. We even took it to another mechanic and passed inspection. There is no leak! It is unbelievable that they are lieing to people and causing unnecessary stress! I'm glad I checked it and had another mechanic check it instead of just paying them over $300 to "fix" something that was never broken.

I felt heard and cared for here. They were kind, honest, and quick. Their shuttle service is fantastic! They also took the time to explain everything to me and didn’t talk to me like I was ignorant. I plan to only come here for my automotive needs!

Verified my vehicle for an oil change special, made an appointment and took the time to go get it done. Their oil is not applicable on my vehicle even though they changed it the last oil change for the same price. Obviously the customer is not right and the guy at the front needs to be fired for arguing with a customer. They also gave my girlfriend the runaround when I had her go in to get an inspection she walked out and she will not return a nor will I. Don't let the scriptures they post fool you, wolves in sheep's clothing you will pay the price
