Exceeded expectations. Kyle is a great employee for the company and would be a fine representative for any company. Toni is a rock star!

Arrived. Checked in. Was told to have a seat and someone would be with me. 30 minutes later, no one has said a word to me. Two employees sitting in offices looking at me. Finally an employee approached me and said it would be “a while”. I left.

My husband and I visited the second time today your location on 8507 W. New Harmony Trail Tomball 77375 and we spoke with the same young people like two days ago. He’s name is Kyle Manuel. We would like to thank you for having people like him. He’s very professional, very prepared and really nice! And we’ll like to thank him for how nice explains everything to us! We are very proud to have this kind of people in our country!! We are customers of your bank from many years. Thanks again! Maria and Sergiu Cernov

ATM ate 503.00 of my money on Christmas Eve, then went in and had to wait 30 mins for bank staff to see me only to tell me they couldn't do anything for me. Had to file a claim against them, and even then I don't know if I will receive my money back. The staff here is useless, they admitted that they knew the ATM was acting up and that I was not the only person that came in having this issue.I will never use this location again.

Tay was so nice when I came in to do cash back with the ATM. She immediately greeted me and had awesome and friendly customer service. She treated me like a human when some stores treat customers as robots. Chase is really lucky to have her and I hope the best for her ?

Overall, poor service. Only by appt during covid and no one answered the phone, despite the fact that employees are there (I saw them). In addition to this, the few times I’ve been there or called, employees (especially the private client employee) are condescending and rude even though I am a private client. Go to chase bank up the road off of woodlands pkwy. They are so friendly and helpful.

Today I had the displeasure of dealing with the branch manager, Linda Mora. Absolute waste of time. They do not value your business or your time. Don't be fooled by the re-branded façade and fake smiles. Retail banking is not valued because the sort of people it needs to hire are in the lowest end of the 'educated' spectrum of the employment ladder. If you want to deal with notarizing your important documents, open a bank account, get a credit card, etc. pick a bank that works fast. Also, the greeter/the receptionist is a waste of money...all those bank fees you charge only you hire people whose job it is all day to say 'hello' and 'please wait'. NO RECOMMENDATION. Complete automation is the future. Get rid of these economic parasites.

Stay away from shady Chase- The reason no one is in the bank when you go is because they are horrible. Chase bank in general has some shady banking practices and they commonly lie and blame it on the Fed regs. Wrong. I have had a horrible experience with not only this branch but Chase in general and I've only been with them for about 2mons. I WILL be moving my business account to another bank. They snuck in $25 monthly fee to use their ACH functions. Didn't mention anything about it and it isn't in their description of fees. Corporate elected to not waive the $25 fee. I talked to 4 different people concerning this and had to explain it from the beginning eachtime. Also, they won't tell you that if your partner lives out of state, they will need to go into a Chase bank and fill out a form (one of many delays). Once they do and that banks emails your local bank the PDF from internal emails, they still will not move forward with setting things up till they actually mail the original paper copy to your local bank from the out of state bank.

Walked in on a Saturday to open an account for my daughter. Waited a few minutes to be greeted and then was told that they were a “modern†branch that is by appt only. There were 2 customers in the entire place. After requesting an alternative option was referred 20mins down the road to the 2920 location. Walked right in and received a greeting and was able to access a banker to open the account. Very disappointed in this “modern†approach. Not sure conducive to strong customer service environment.
