Beware parents, these bankers will make you believe that they are giving you outstanding customer service, make you feel confident and comfortable, when in reality, they're NOT. Make sure you save your screenshots. Make them go through the whole application, and make sure they added every or any coupons that were needed. They will be so phony and tell you what you want to hear, and then you go home, and realize, the promotion you wanted was never added, and they don't hold themselves accountable. They are disloyal. And the staff is just rude.

Worst CHASE Bank. Staff is just rude, no accountability for their wrong DOINGS. When trying to call, they never answer their phone. Their ATMS 80% of the time is out of order! They all need proper training. Guess what CHASE #2WRONGSDONTMAKEARIGHT. YOUR EMPLOYEE MAKES A MISTAKE, SAD TO KNOW, YOU AS A MANAGER, JUST WASHES YOUR HANDS, AND COVERS IT UP. WAYTOGOCHASE! GO AHEAD A CONDONE THE WRONG DOINGS

The worst CHASE banking location. Went with my 17 year old in August to open his college account. We made a appointment with Jon. When we scheduled the appointment, we let it be known, the intentions was to sign up for the $100 sign up bonus, once we sat in his cubicle, we showed him the email which he agreed, was a current- promotion. A month passed-no $100, 2 months passed-nothing. I sent an email to the banker, you guessed it> nothing'> no reply! I went in person, asked to speak to the manager, she was not available, Go figure! I requested a call back, you guessed it, NOTHING. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I decided to go in person, to follow up on my son's sign up bonus, this time I was told, he needed to be present. My son was away at college, no problem. I called customer service, who also told me, I need to take it up with the bank where my son opened his account... Wow, okay' SO... FINALLY TODAY, I AM OFF WORK, MY SON IS BACK FROM COLLEGE, I THOUGHT, HMM... they are familiar with what's going on. Let's go ahead a speak to the manager if she's there and to the banker. As expected, no solution, they DON'T TAKE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS! YES THEIR ACTIONS. WE WENT WITH INTENTIONS TO OPEN MY CHILDS ACCOUNT WITH TO RECEIVE HIS SIGN UP BONUS! THEY ALL NEED TO BE CROSSED TRAINED. NOT TO MENTION- THEIR OUTSIDE ATMS, NEVER WORK! THANKS CHASE FOR SHOWING YOUR TRUE BUSINESS COLORS/ CLOSING ALL OF OUR HOUSEHOLD ACCOUNTS WONT MATTER, BC WERE JUST A NUMBER! I PREFER TO BE A NUMBER- WHERE I WILL BE HEARD, AND FEEL VALUED, NOT IGNORE AND TREATED WITH NO RESPECT!

May be Chase is too big for the regular customers. I need meeting around 27th May to discuss options about my CDs, but Chase can't provide a date now. It is equally difficult to navigate through the electronic phone setup. Chase needs to do a better job to cater to its customers.

Beware of this bank!! This bank has knowledge of this and does not warn it's customers. When you go through the drive thru robbers watch you with binoculars get a withdrawal and follow you from the bank and Robb you when it is convenient for them. This has happened several times that I know of and this bank is hush hush about it. BEWARE

Recently I had a Trust created and needed help to add it as a beneficiary to my accounts. I tried both the 800 customer service number and my local branch in Spring, both of which were not helpful. I happened to be in Tomball and scheduled an appointment with John L. Gorman, II, a relationship Banker. I cannot tell you how pleased I am. He knew exactly what needed to be done, was able to assist me quickly, and also helped to show other products that could be of benefit to me. He is a God send. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and quick to help me in what seemed to be a lost cause. I would highly recommend John to any who have banking questions that no one else can answer. I am so glad to have found him. I'm definitely keeping his card.

I've been with Chase Bank a long time and will be changing to another company. I have tried a few times as a walk-in to open accounts and was told you have to make an appointment online first. The app is not reliable to schedule, but when i was able to get on, every location makes you schedule a week out. So you have people sitting at a desk as a greeter, but you don't have people to open accounts on a daily basis.

Had to add cash fund to my recently opened account Shannon was very pleasant and helpful, some of the questions I asked she did not know so she got me to a rep in the front who answered the questions. She also opened my savings account added my beneficiaries. I was in and out in 30-35 minutes.

I do not have an account at this bank, but I was written a check by my mortgage holder you does, and they would not cash it because she had made a mistake on it, and initialed it where she made the mistake. My issue wasn't that they would not cash it, I understand that, but my issue was how he treated me. I had called their customer and she wanted to talk with him and he wouldn't even explain the situation to her on the phone!! He could have easily verified that she was the account holder, but he was very rude and dismissive. I have lately been considering opening an account with Chase, and switching over from Wells Fargo, no way will I ever do that now.
