These guys are great. I went in with a concern about my transmission. After a put it through extreme conditions hauling over 35,000 lbs. When I arrived Wayne and his crew got to me immediately. Francisco the tech plugged in to my obd2 and started scanning codes and then drove my truck to see if he can find anything wrong with it. Fortunately for me there was nothing to be concerned with at the time. So business as usual. I highly recommend certified transmission repair to anyone in need. These guys are great and knowledgeable. Thanks Wayne

Dear consumer... I would give this business ZERO stars -
After getting the transmission fixed, the vehicle was returned to me after 2 months with NO TRANSMISSION FLUID, a dead battery, a nail in the tire, the instrument cluster DEAD... Now, after barely driving the vehicle.... The transmission is Not Fixed! We were finally able to locate an HONEST mechanic close to home that will Fix the transmission... the right thing to do, would be to REFUND us our money as he has not been able to fix the transmission as promised!!! To add insult to injury, my husband just told me he actually PAID them TWICE!!! WHY? They claimed that they never received the first payment and THREATENED TO CONFISCATE the vehicle. .. He believed them and - in good faith he paid them again - they have yet to REFUND funds overpaid!!! CONSUMER BEWARE!!! I have no idea what is going on over there , just BEWARE!!! I would definitely NOT recommend doing business with them ???

This place was very new to me referred bye Mechanic they were very professional and did a great job on repairing my transmission on my Lexus 350 would go back to them again

I will never go back to this place. It's a joke. First, we called to explain everything that was going on. They gave us an estimate of a maximum of $2,900 after looking at the website with the LIFETIME WARRANTY AT NO EXTRA COST. We were so happy. They picked up our car. Day 2, we get the real price of $4,500 with a 3-month warranty. This price is for a rebuilt transmission. I told them no. I could get a new one for that price. As he was laughing, he said, 'Well, who would put it in?' I reminded him of the website that said LIFETIME WARRANTY AT NO EXTRA COST. After going back and forth with them, they said, 'Send pictures to prove it.' So we did. They told us their website designer made a mistake. I told them that was false advertising. We would get a lawyer. Finally, I agreed to a payment of $3,200 with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. This started on Oct 14. They picked up the car on Oct 15. I made payment for them to start that day. They told us the estimated time frame was 8 - 10 days. Then they said it'll be done on 28-29. So, on the 29th After calling to see if it was ready, they said no. The estimate was 29-30, but it looks like it might be Friday or maybe Monday, which would be November 4th. I would never have agreed to this. I could not have my only car in the shop for that long. Plus, not being able to take my son out for Halloween, and to top it off, on Saturday, I have a funeral to go to for my son's grandmother. I will never go back. I wish I had gone somewhere else. The only thing he said was if it's not done by Wednesday, I can request a rental. Wednesday will be November 6th. It's funny, they told 8-10 days from October 14 when they picked it up, to November 6th.

My experiences with Certified lived up to the hype. They had a tow truck at my condo within hours. They had a small technical issue with the rebuild and solved that. I liked the fact that there is no BS, and they can be trusted. My girlfriend and I have agreed my big dually even sounds quieter. So what are you waiting for? Have confidence it gets done correctly. I even was allowed to talk with the technician who rebuilds the Dodge trannie. His rebuilding room was spotlessly clean. Imagine that.

Horrible experience, very unprofessional. Zero communication while my car was there for two weeks, and they told me the car would be ready a week before it was. When I called for an update, both men were extremely rude on the phone. Do not recommend, very disappointing experience.

I got my car back from Certified Transmissions about two weeks ago and the car is running fine. I opted for the extended warranty and rear main seal. Wayne was patient with me as I asked questions about the repair. Through the process Robert gave me timely updates and seemed sincere about getting my car back to me as soon as they could. Would recommend to others.
