Jake was very nice in helping me figure out what was due since I had a few items there pawned on different dates. However, this is the 2nd or 3rd time I've noticed how hot it is in there. The a/c is not working and I noticed the thermostat was 83° with outside Temps at 102°. They have to be very dedicated to work in that climate. It was too hot for me to be in there for the 15-20 minutes I was there. Please fix the a/c!

Jake (the new store manager) was really helpful. He took his time and got me the best bang for my buck. I have been coming here for a while and will always be stopping in to check out the stuff and see what's new.
Each staff member is friendly and very thorough and helpful as can be. Would rate 10 stars if possible.

I gave 1 star only because I couldn’t leave a zero. I bought a Dell laptop and you would think I would have got a dell charger, but what I got was a bad battery and an HP charger. When I called them they basically said it was my fault for not buying their 15 day warranty. So basically this is how they are used to doing business. It took me about 2 minutes to google the charger model number to find out it was for an HP not a Dell. Very bad business practices. They knew exactly what they were doing

I went in here yesterday and apparently, the girl wearing her hair back in a bun working the counter thinks she is working at an upscale jewelery store rather than this dirty, scummy pawn shop in Tomball. Very unfriendly, rude and just all around miserable person. It's not good customer service to have a smirk and half smile on your face when dealing with potential customers! Learn how to speak to people! Show some personality! You don't have to treat customers as if they aren't good enough to be in your store to make yourself feel better about YOU. I will NEVER go back to this place, and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know NOT to deal with this business! I left feeling that maybe they only want a certain race of customers in their establishment. I am almost positive that is why I got the smirk the entire time I attempted to do business here. I'll go down the road from now on, to a better business where employees know how to communicate with and treat their customers. Get some customer service training if you're going to be working with the public!!! By the way, I gave one star only because I had to choose a star. This business is a NO STARS establishment!

Very friendly educated staff. They respect their customers and have very good deals. I greatly recommend this place for any pawns or if you want to buy something, they pretty much have it all.

They treat customers horrible here. I'll take my business down the road. The heavy set Mexican lady is the worst. I never said a cross word to her and every time I'm here she treats me like a dog. You work at a pawn shop lady, really..... The attitude for no reason??? Stop treating people like this. Very sad.
