This store has a 2 rating only because customers can't give it a zero. Always understaffed, poor customer service, usually long waits, out of meds more than they should be, I need a 3 month supply of syringes and the last 3 times I needed them they were out. That's 9 months. Currently waiting on a med for 3 days. Each day the app says it will arrive that day but it doesn't. Went in today and the sleepy you man said "we just got some meds in. It could be here". Did he go check? No. He said "you can wait around about 30 minutes maybe someone can check". Talked to the pharmacist this afternoon. No meds. She could care less. No idea when they would arrive. No apologies. Told her I was taking my business elsewhere and was reporting them to corporate. She said ok and hung up. Insurance in the past made me use CVS. No more. Goodbye CVS.

This is by far the worst pharmacy around. They are rude and condescending. If you call and ask for the pharmacist it rings and she picks up the phone and legit hangs up on you. Went in person, the pharmacist told us if we don't like it then go elsewhere. Never have been treated so poorly as a customer than at this CVS. Drive down the road further if you don't what to be treated like crap.

My 1st negative review ever but well deserved. The absolute worst pharmacy in every way possible. This is a long time coming! I finally broke up with CVS after 20+ years. Unclean Unprofessional Unfriendly Incompetent Unorganized An embarrassment to TOMBALL! *To be clear, this is for the pharmacy only. The store & photo center are great!

CVS usually has what I went in there for. Just don't expect any assistance, including with check-out. There have even been times when I wondered if the store was completely unmanned and just monitored with cameras. Literally. I'd go in, see three other customers, we all check out and bag our own stuff, and in no place in the store did I see an employee. It was eerie. We have had good experience picking up prescriptions from the drive-through.

Terrible store. The store manager has a nasty attitude and has 0 people skills. Not all CVS stores are the same but avoid this one if you can.

This dumb ass place keeps not stocking my medicine properly and saying it's on back order, last time they did it for 3 days. The last time was only 3 months ago

I am so angry with CVS right now! I just sat in the line to pick up a prescription for my father, for about 15 minutes! Only to finally make it to window and they are closed! It's now 1:30 and they don't care that you have been waiting! I can't wait around for 30 minutes in town!

CVS pharmacy is the worst. I would love to give a 0 rating. We got a call saying our prescription was ready, so we go to the drive thru to pick it up. They say they don't have the prescription and to contact doctor. We do. We get a message from the doctor saying they refilled prescription. A day later we get another call saying prescription is ready. We go and they say it's not ready and they don't have a prescription for the medicine. We do this for another 2 times. Pharmacy blamed doctor and insurance company. We got the doctors office to call to see why we couldn't get the rx filled and the doctors office tells us they sent the prescription 2 days prior and it's been sitting in the bin at cvs where they keep the prescriptions. Do not take your prescriptions here as they either don't know what they're doing or don't have an updated system.

This is a horrible Pharmacy. Their customer service is extremely poor and they are rude. If they are shorthanded they should hire more people but I get a different story every time I call and they blame others including the doctors. None of the staff has compassion at least none of the ones that I have interacted with.

My pain doctor sent my prescription the pharmacist chose not to fill it because I have another medication similar. My doctor change my meds because other didn't work for me. The young pharmacist chose to use her own option. I didn't pay a doctors visit to have a know it all , decide my doctor is not right.

Website says it's open but when I call it keeps saying it's closed. They must have typed in my birthday wrong because I can't get into My Chart and it keeps saying personal information is wrong. I think I know when I was born. And when I type in my birthday to the automated system, it says my account doesn't exist. I'm frustrated I can't talk to a person even though they're suppose to be open.

They want us to start using self checkout and I was behind 2 elderly customers who didn't understand how to do it. They were getting flustered and confused, and the cvs person didn't want to open up register because they said that they weren't allowed to. Cvs is pushing self checkout. Ridiculous!! What happened to getting helped and customer service?!? Getting rid of their employees but not lowering prices.

Call you wait over 20 mins for someone to answer. Refill - they are out of stock on meds that are refilled monthly. Customer service is non-existent at this pharmacy.

Rude staff at the pharmacy. The tech at the drive thru window was soooo rude and purposely tried to go slow when I complained for waiting for 30 minutes. She then glared at me during checkout. Unbelievable!
