27607 TX-249, Tomball“Some guy crashed into me so my vehicle was out for repairs and I had rental car coverage for 30 days. First timer - my insurance sent me here. My insurance company that shall not be named - Geico - had been giving me problems since the start. Not wanting to cooperate at all. I showed up here and I was lucky enough to walk in to the manager on duty - Jarray. This guy chilled me out and walked me through the whole process and got me into my rental for mainly my wife and kids is what I needed it for. Out of the whole mess, he was the only one that was nice and a real human being dealing with all these insurance companies and getting shafted every which way. When I returned the vehicle, I accidentally left my baby reflection mirror in the car and he retrieved it for me before the car was rented out again and my wife drove up there to get it. That was very cool of him to do that. My wife said he was very respectful and professional. We drive from Houston to Dallas often and this is my go to joint now because of Jarray and they seem to have good vehicles to choose from. Thank you Enterprise for being nice human beings in this crazy world.”
“The two guys who helped me were great! They were friendly and the process was fast. I would definitely rent with them again.Only issue was the smell of cigarettes in the car.”
“I would personally like to thank Laura Li , my experience with this dealership did not start out good. However, I want to say a special "Thank You" to Laura li. Things in life can be chaotic (under statement in my life) this young lady has been their for me and continues to provide me with the utmost respect and willing to assist me with any questions of concerns that I have. I have always believed people come into our lives for a reason, so everything that lead me to her was worth it in the end.”
“It did the job for a rental but there were a couple things that could’ve been better that was an easy fix.
1. Customer service: there was none lol. Just lack of it all together. No thank you no sense of urgency to get me my car. I’m grateful I was the only person in there or it would’ve taken longer. Drop-off was the same. It was an easy drop-off but just no customer service.
2. The car: I rented a full-size and I get there and I’m given a compact SUV 2022 Mazda Cx-30. I’m fine with that but there was no adjustment on price and no mention to me hey sorry we don’t have a full size. It was just given that I had to an accept it. The car ran good only issue was I could not get the gas door open. It was jammed. Sitting on E at the gas station. I’m a strong man so I was able to get it open by force. But if it was someone else they wouldn’ve been stuck.
The good: the car ran great and did the job. I had to extend 2 days and that was super easy with just a phone call to Avis. Booking was super easy online.
Overall would I rent here again? Seeing there’s not a lot of options here in a pinch I would.”
