PLEASE MAKE EMPLOYEE SMOKING AREA AWAY FROM ENTRY!!! I literally choked and coughed up on exiting the store because employee was smoking too close to the door.

This is a great Big Lots, with lots of selection, great employees, they have a really nice furniture section, plus an outdoor patio section and just a wide variety of goods to buy.

I love this Big Lots. The Big Lots closest to me is closing so this one is about 20 minutes away, but worth the drive. Associates are always nice and helpful. It's always clean and bright! Worth the drive.

Esmerelda was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also gave great feedback on materials I was debating between. Store was clean and well organized. Bathrooms stocked and clean.

Cashier today was not in a good mood. Didn't call you to the register, didn't say hello, slamming scanner after every scan, threw items in a bag and passed that bag aggressively. Happened to the previous customer before me as well, and who knows how many others. This cashier should really find another job if he is not happy there. Management should really look into assigning another responsibility than to handle customers up front for this guy. Beautiful store but unpleasant experience cashing out, especially after spending so much $$$ there and contributing to their monthly sales. I'd rather drive further up the road to another big lots and contribute to their monthly sales numbers than have to deal with another unpleasant experience at this store.
