First off, I want to say I've been doing business with these guys for a very long time. My experience with them has always been great. I have purchased items from them and have also gotten several loans with them. I can say without a doubt that they will never take advantage of your situation and offer you less simply because you're in a tight spot, like most Pawn/Resale shops will try to do. I want to speak on my most recent experience though. I purchased an item from them that had been in storage for quite a while before I came along and purchased it under their layaway program, which is a great deal by the way, and after paying the item off I took my purchase home only to discover that due to a common issue with the original manufacturer all of the batteries that came with the item would not charge. This is due to them going into hibernation mode for a long time. I have no doubt the batteries were in good working condition originally when they took it in because they are very thorough on their testing and inspection of all of the products they purchase or hold as collateral. So after returning to the store to get clarification on something unrelated I mentioned the issue with the batteries and without hesitation they offered to replace the batteries or I could return the item. Keep in mind I never express any dissatisfaction, they simply felt obligated to make it right, I even felt someone uneasy as I do plenty of business with them and they are always more than fair and although I wasn't thrilled about the batteries not working, I didn't feel as if it was their fault in any way and due to their prior generosity I wasn't too concerned about it. But they insisted and after looking up the replacement price of the batteries, which were not cheap, they refunded me enough money to purchase new batteries including shipping and taxes. I thought it was important to share my experience because I figured it's the least I could do for a local business that has done so much for me with this incident and in the past. Believers Pawn is Christian owned and operated and I can testify that!
Absolutely a wonderful place and local business if you're looking for great deals on Jewelry, Tools and Personal Protection Equipment. They have a large selection of Firearms, Ammunition and Assorted Tactical Gear. Always friendly and a good local business you can trust!

If you nee a firearm, they've got plenty. They also had a bunch of Shadow Systems to choose from when I last went. Haven't seen those things anywhere else.

Sorry, I love your store. My brother and I have bought many firearms from you without issue, but the chic that's working is not too good with customers. I normally don't make comments like this, but I've completed transactions with everyone there. Shes the only one who does not negotiate on prices. When dealing with her, I feel like my business isn't welcome. In fact, when I stop by and see her on duty, I turn around and walk out.
Other than that, I love your place. Never had any other issue. You guys have always been fair and friendly.

I was offered a fair price for a couple of rings I sold and The owners were so nice and informative on some guns my boyfriend was interested in. They saw I was pregnant and wished Me the very best! Such great service from everyone there!!! We will be back!

When this place first opened it was great they didn't low ball I thought this was the best pawn shop around but they have slowly become just like any other now they do low ball and the ppl working there now are a bunch of uneducated teenagers who said my stuff was to old and couldn't buy it and the one thing they did want to buy they wanted to give me a whole 12$ woohoo and I just came in today.so I took my stuff went to cash America and got twice as much so I will never come back to yall
