This happened a last week I think. Just wanted to say that Josie has been very helpful & so nice with my mom. She took a big stress from her. Her car was in service for 2 weeks. we couldn’t get a hold of them. Service has poor poor communication skills. I don’t know what Josie said that made them call my mom within an hour. All 5 starts are for her not service.Please recognize her great work. She’s an amazing receptionist.

Extremely satisfied with the service I received today I was eager to write this review. Manny and Jason took care of me so professionally and I could not be any happier with my service on my 22 Kia. I love it here. They make you feel right at home. If you are looking for a Kia dealership look no more come to this one I promise you that you will not be disappointed. ?

Customer service in the service department is top notch. Attempted to use a Kia service center closer to where I moved and it is so horrendous that I drive 1.5 hours out of my way to have my services performed here. Oil changes without an appointment can run long, but that’s the gamble you take without and appointment. I appreciate the way the staff treat you here.

From the minute I walked in I was immediately greeted with big smiles. I felt very welcomed. I came in to get service done. Manny has always been a great person since the first day I met him. He immediately got me over to Jason in the service department told him exactly what I needed. Jason was quick and very attentive to my kia needs. I also met a young man by the name of Andre who was very polite and greeted me. He seemed really happy today. Maybe it's because it's Friday ? all in all as busy as this day seems to be I was taken care of quickly and very professionally. I love it here and when I'm ready to buy my next car I will definitely be coming here.

I just wanted to send out a note to say that I really appreciated the service I received at Beck &Masten Kia in Tomball. I needed to get my car in for a recall and Josie Torres made it possible for me to take care of this in a 30 minute window. I dropped my car off right away which saved me all kinds of time. She was instrumental in making that happen. She definitely went over and above to help me out. I just wanted her to be recognized for her amazing customer service!!!!’

LOVE IT and thank you for driving it to my home since I didn't have a driver. You and Beck and Masten really went the extra mile for me to close out the deal immediately and to meet my price range where other dealerships were stonewalling me to come in first. Cannot express enough how meaningful it was to me as I almost decided to stop looking for a KIA. Worse place to buy a used car, don't buy any kias from 2011 to 2019 .. insurance doesn't want to insure them because of the Kia theft challenge...look it up..but this place would not tell you that ...so your stuck with it.

Don’t waste your time and even attempt to buy a car here.Quoted on THEIR website for a lease, it gave me an estimate for $411. Asked in person for the same vehicle with excellent credit, he brings me an estimate for $790.Now I’m not naive and expecting it to be what I was quoted online but a ~$400 difference is insanity.The best part is their employee didn’t even attempt to sell me this car. I stated that the website was intentionally misleading and he responded “yeah I guess so.” He didn’t attempt to negotiate. Told me that he would never lease a Kia in this market… Sir, shouldn’t you be trying to sell me a car right now?Save yourself the trouble and don’t even stop here on your car search.

I was very pleased with my purchase at Beck & Masten! I was looking for a top of the line Telluride and found a great SX Prestige in the color I wanted with all the desired comfort features. I called to speak with someone before coming in as I wanted ZERO misunderstandings on what I was willing to pay for the vehicle I was wanting. Based on the deal I verbally shared, the gentleman stated they should be able to make that work.I had bought another SX Prestige from Parkway Kia just 10 months prior, so I stopped by their shop first to give them first chance at earning my business. They could NOT make it work, so off the Beck & Masten I went.Upon arrival, I advised of the conversation I had and the deal we agreed to. It was quickly acknowledged and confirmed with NO drama. I was upfront with what I would do and they honored the commitment right away.Two thumbs up experience and happy owner of a second Telkuride SX Prestige in our family. Very positive experience with this auto dealership! Carlos Barrera helped to seamlessly navigate a few initial challenges demonstrating INCREDIBLY HIGH CHARACTER in the process. I highly recommend working with Carlos if you get the chance. Ky Taylor in Finance completed the paperwork efficiently and helped to minimize the time invested in that part of the transaction. Sales Management made some very critical positive decisions to ensure that I left as a VERY happy customer. I live in OKC, but chose to take the long drive to Tomball to work with Carlos and Beck & Masten Kia. I'm super excited about our new vehicle. Kudos to all the staff at Beck & Masten Kia!!

Worst possible company I have ever had to do business with....impossible to get thru to, incomplete cryptic text messages, totally unresponsive and non customer focused. No answer to phone calls or phone voice messages.Worthless company which I mistakenly took my KIA to be checked...after several days WITHOUT a loaner they have yet to tell me what the car has or its cost to repair...in spite of having an appointment!!!Never do business with them!
