I am fascinated with my new purchase, after waiting for a long time I decided to look for a model to change my Kia Rio 2021 with which I spent a good time without problems feeling safe, however I am a person who tries to keep up with technology and finally!! The new 2025 Kia K4 arrived so I went again to my favorite Beck Master Kia dealership in 25503 Tomball, I asked for a Spanish-speaking salesperson to help me better understand the information about the sale and it was really very opportune that they suggested the salesperson Jesús Espinoza, you immediately notice by his treatment that he is very cordial, he treats you with respect, seriousness and sincerity, Jesús upon hearing what I wanted invited me to look at several models of the vehicle I wanted and thanks to his knowledge I found it, throughout Throughout the entire process, Jesus did not hesitate to provide me with comfort and refreshments. The conversation even became so trusting that we touched on family and personal matters, which made them feel very comfortable. Jesús is definitely the right person to reach a good agreement and I appreciate his patience and expertise with my case, so all that remains for me is to indicate that if you are in the hands of Jesús Espinoza I guarantee that you will have what you dreamed of.

This dealership is absolutely one of the worst you could encounter. Scheduling service appointments is an absolute nightmare. Their website is a complete disaster—it shows available slots for appointments, but when you arrive, they claim the website isn't functioning properly. The staff even mock the ownership for this chaos.
The customer service is abysmal. The staff are often unhelpful, making the entire experience even more frustrating.
I will never buy a KIA again.

I've been a Beck and Masten Kia active customer for at least the past 10 years, with no less than 8 cars during this time. And I'm so disappointed how the service of the dealership has became worse over time. At the beginning of this year, I took my Stinger for a service with a previous appointment and service quote. When checking out, they tried to charge me more than twice the quote they had provided me with online. I asked to talk with the service manager and after that they told me they didn't know how come their website was offering the service at different price!!!! At that point they made me a discount and I paid more than the original quote but much less that the bill they wanted to charge me.
Today I took my Sorento for the first service (7.5K miles), that was just the oil and filter change, tire rotation and some other routine inspection.
To avoid my previous experience I asked for the price, and again they were going to charge me more than the online quote. After questioning them, they accepted the price that their website showed when I booked the appointment. They went on to tell me that my car it was going to take from 2-3 hours to be done!!!! Just for an oil change and tire rotation? I told them I had an appointment, but the service executive told me he had too many cars and didn't care about my appointment. I asked him if it was going to be like that in the future and he responded yes!!!
This is a clear way to let me know that my business is not important for the dealership. It is a shame that Beck and Masten Kia has became such a bad dealership. I will be looking for another dealership that ultimately cares about their customers.

While the salesperson Amir at Kia sportage was friendly and genuinely tried to help us, the overall experience was very disappointing. The finance manager was incredibly rude, even though our Chase auto loan was pre-approved. He kept pushing us to run another credit check and aggressively tried to sell us additional insurances and other own extras.When we refused, he implied we were hiding something in our credit file, which was completely uncalled for. To top it off, when we went back after six weeks to collect our number plates, they are charging us $85 for a front plate holder that should have been included with the car purchase and that even they don’t have in stock.All the cars in garage we saw today comes with a front number plate holder in it.
The salesperson tried his best to help us with the front plates but was constantly undermined by the manager and finance manager. It’s clear this dealership doesn’t know how to treat its customers or its employees with respect. Very disappointing experience overall.

They charge all this money for service but yet to do a horrible service job. I took my car for an oil change and tire repair but instead of the mechanic patching the tire he plugged it causing it to be unsafe to drive. Now because of that I had to purchase a new tire when I really didn’t have to if it was done correctly the first time. Money spent for nothing. Thanks for the horrible service experience.

It has been a pretty bad experience so far. Was given one eta for service on our cpo. Then given another. Then that eta came and went and still haven't heard anything back. Service department just keeps on ringing with no answer. When I stayed on the line to try and get help it transferred me to a different Beck and Masten dealership and they couldn't even get through to the service department. I got the salesperson involved multiple times and he hasn't been great with the follow up either. I am not happy up to this point.
