This branch is absolutely the worst, that PNC has.These folks would'nt know how to answer a phone if it slapped them in the face ! Since PNC took over this branch it has steadily declined. I have $250k in this bank, and its way past time to withdraw and go to another. If there was a rating below 1 star I would choose it. TERRIBLE The Worst bank in Houston area........go somewhere else....

My banking experience with PNC is unsatisfactory. As a long-time customer with Compass then BBVA, I expect comparable banking with PNC. The employees are great, and they do what they can to help you. PNCs online banking is a nightmare. I've been locked out of my account multiple times, then told to reset my password, only to go back in a few days later to log in with the unchanged password. One of my accounts never showed up in online banking, so I created a second login to see all accounts, and now a different account does not appear. Today i tried to use online bill pay, and bill pay services are not working online or via the app. What a mess! ?

With the recent switch from BBVA to PNC it was apparent upon entering this location that the transition was not a smooth one and many were frustrated and in need of assistance today.I was helped by Jamie, I must say she maintained her cool and kept it together, she is the perfect example of composure. She was helping me at a kiosk, greeting customers as they entered, reassuring those waiting in line and waiting on another customer she had at the drive thru window all with a positive attitude and smile on her face. Her professionalism and multi-tasking abilities are exemplary, she is obviously a very good employee, this woman deserves a ? promotion, raise or a ?bonus (at least) for how she handled the pressure and chaos that ensued during the lunch hour. Give her an ?award, employee of the month plaque or somehing for goodness sakes.People deserve praise and recognition when they give ? percent or they go above and beyond expectations and this lady is totally nominated for best banker in Tomball,TX. ? Keep up the great work Jamie!

Do not do business with them. No one in the call center knows what they are doing. On top of that if you have a dispute you are still required too pay all the nsf charges until dispute is cleared. Which takes up to 45 days. On top of that when I requested to close my account the dang idiot was actually willing to do it no questions asked. Smh. If that's how they are doing business now I need to take my account somewhere else.
