I was looking for a battery for my home alarm system. I searched online and Batteries Plus had it and I was able to get an additional 15% discount by signing up for text messages. It was already cheaper than some other places but the discount really helped. They sent a message pretty quickly that it was ready for pickup. The sales guy was very friendly and got me in and in just a few minutes. Overall experience was great an̈d I will come back if I'm ever in need for another battery!

These guys usually don't know what they are talking about. I get different answers each time I go in. They don't know their stuff. The store manager is ok, but the rest of the guys who work here are unprofessional and have no clue...they just want to get you in and out the door with a sale. You'll get better service at O-Reilly's, Amazon, or Walmart. When asked to pull the purchase history, they said their internet went down and wouldn't offer any other assistance except for to sell me another one. The batteries I have bought from them (and charger) are a few hundred dollars. I've spent about $1,000 with them in a year and a half and get treated with disrespect each time I go in by guys who don't have clue. When they try to explain something they sound like a parrot repeating something they were told with no understanding of what they actually said. Steer clear of this store and the one on 1960 in Champions Forest. Both places are rude and have no clue about what they are selling.

I’ve been to three stores in Two days. Yesterday I ordered 4 batteries and went to pick them up at the Spring location only to find they had 3. Frederick was amazing and located the 4th in Humble were I had the pleasure of meeting Angel. You need batteries in Humble, go see Angel she will make your day. Today I went to install what I thought was the correct batteries only to find I chose the wrong ones. Called the Spring store and explained the situation to Eric who located the correct batteries in Tomball. Should you need Batteries, head to Battery Plus. Best service I’ve had in a long time. ???

I called into the store and spoke with Luke, one of the most helpful associates I’ve spoke to in my days. I was in the market for 12V golf cart batteries. The specific brand I was looking for wasn’t carried by them, but he went out of his way to give me alternatives and worked with me trying to get the best deal. Very professional gentleman and went WAY beyond the call of duty.

Everyone should get their batteries here, purchase online for at least 10% discount. It's really easy and convenient to pick up your battery. They do curbside also, but you have to go in for your core charge, so I pick up in the store.
