This place sucks. They don’t answer the phones. Will be canceling my banking with Bank of America tired of the no customer service and it’s not just this location it’s all of them.

Very slow service, not respectful of the client's time or accurate services. I was initially told that I would be serviced in one of private offices (business room), only to find out after waiting 35 minutes that it was not the right area to service my need and that I had to wait in the slower line after all. I was one of the first ones there and the last one to leave.

The teller was making everyone write down their social security # which seemed suspicious and the guy in front of me didn't have his ID or debit card and had to go to the car so she made me wait while he went to get it. Crazy!

My son who is legally blind and I a senior citizen went to make a deposit today at 1 pm. The only teller inside the bank was very unfriendly. No smile and seemed to be having a bad day. She acted like she wanted us out of there as quickly as possible. I believe she needs training on being nicer to customers. She had a bad attitude.

Thank you "Prank Of America" for continue destroying the in person services. This week, I went to the bank 3 times to make deposits. Every time customer lines are long, 12 to 15 people long.The lobby waiting area 4 to 5 customers waiting, and the lobby manager focuses in crowd management rather than assisting the two folks in the registers!The ATM's not longer take checks..... I reported these failures many times. So all I get, excuses, "the numbers are two low", "the stamp is too high", "a third party services the machines there is nothing we can do"..... excuse after excuse!!!.To make a deposit inside, Prank of America adds forms and processes to make the transaction much longer then needed. The same machine I can rent to scan the checks in the office is used by the clerk........ but "Prank of America" has the solution!!!!The solution is to use the APP, or to rent a machine to make deposits!!Meanwhile, like me, if you refuse to add the app on your phone, bring your own coffee to the lobby as "Prank of America" not longer has coffee in the bank, apparently one customer sue the bank as the coffee was too hot!

The lady talked loudly to the other clerk sitting next to her about my withdrawal as she thought she she did not have the dollar bill I need. I am very sure everyone standing in the line knew how much money I was about to walk out of the bank with me. So unprofessional!

BANK OF AMERICA Is THE Worst Bank on the United States, what they do is wash their hands like poncio pilato and don't solve the problems of their current and old customers. Do something good to you and don't ever open an account in this bank

Lobby manager name: Roger. Unprofessional, unfriendly. Roger have a little knowledge of the bank policy. Used his power as the lobby manager to refuse the customer requests. No customer experience. Waiting time is long. Other people unwilling to assist the customers even though they sitting play with the phone. You have to wait the line until your turn. These people here just collecting the paycheck.

They don’t do home equity line of credit loans on a home that you own unless you live in it. (According to the loan officer I made an appointment with)

Belinda provided poor customer service. I reported fraud on my account Thursday, and the scammer hacked my account this morning. Belinda asked me, did I owe the company that was hacking my account. She did not resolve my issues at all. I drove to another Bank of America near Willowbrook, and received the best customer service.Also, Belinda stated, she couldn’t make me another checking account because it is the weekend. I would have to wait till Monday. While, someone was repeatedly hacking my account.I have been with Bank of America since 2011.I will be leaving. Especially, if you treat your customer this way.The location is 22617 Tomball Pkwy, Tomball, TX 77375
