Please fix your drive thru ATMS , the ones in the back of the building and the one in the front. I just had my credit card get stuck in the ATM. It did not return it back and the screen froze. Had to call the customer service number. I’ve Been banking with yall for years. Please fix the ATMS. Thank you.

I can't agree with most of the other reviews. I went in for account opening and it was a smooth experience. Tiffany provided competent and professional service. Likewise with Mr. Leland. The experience was quite pleasant. They were also courteous with a followup phone call and email to ensure that needs were met.

You know..I asked for someone to help... management is to busy to bothered. It's always slow here. Poor manager I suppose.To important to do teller duties....goodness.I did ask for you...one teller...10 people..This is an AI answer, and you could care less about your customers.. and no.. I was depositing a check for someone else. The rest of the people in the line.. were doing similar thing or cashing check. Face it... You failed to plan to succeed

They NEVER answer the phone. This location is for people that do not work regular jobs. You have to physically go in to this location for assistance due to the lack of ability for workers to answer phone.

My son and I had a very positive experience today. We were greeted as we entered the sitting area by the bank manager even as he was multitasking. The bank manager went out of his way to help my son and I as well as the other customers! We were in and out quickly.

New manager dismissed me from the teller after first of three transactions I had to conduct was not to her liking. Rude, arrogant. And I will be moving my business account elsewhere as soon as i get my bonus money they promised for credit card. Tellers are great. New manager is straight trash.

They still need to install the ATMs that are able to accept & dispense all U.S. bills & coins. Hundreds, fifties, twenties, tens, fives, ones, quarters, dimes, nickles, & pennies.

All the women except 1 must be single! Their favorite first word’s are “NO I can’t help you!” Very unhelpful don’t want to do their job’s besides take your money and make excuses as to why they can’t give you your own money back! Will be moving banks soon!

Two tellers today. Better than the 1. Eight people in line. Never enough staff and they refuse to do anything about it. Make that 11 in line now as I continue to wait.

Hilarious the manager has the audacity to walk through the line and ask why i dont have an account here when I've been standing in line waiting waiting to cash a check for almost half an hour. One teller on a friday afternoon LOL

Says they’re open but you come in the branch and the only teller is on lunch? This is the second time this has happened and it’s extremely inconvenient to have to stand in line for 20 minutes waiting for someone to return from lunch. There’s clearly a demand for more than one teller… maybe hire someone?

The building is here. Got a new paint job. Looks great. Essentially empty inside. One teller. Expect a 15 minute wait. Just a shell of what it used to be.
