Please fix your drive thru ATMS , the ones in the back of the building and the one in the front. I just had my credit card get stuck in the ATM. It did not return it back and the screen froze. Had to call the customer service number. I’ve Been banking with yall for years. Please fix the ATMS. Thank you.

I can't agree with most of the other reviews. I went in for account opening and it was a smooth experience. Tiffany provided competent and professional service. Likewise with Mr. Leland. The experience was quite pleasant. They were also courteous with a followup phone call and email to ensure that needs were met.

They NEVER answer the phone. This location is for people that do not work regular jobs. You have to physically go in to this location for assistance due to the lack of ability for workers to answer phone.
