I give this AutoZone 5 stars because of Mr. Parker. He went out of his way to help me when I was trying to figure out my battery warranty issue. Unfortunately, it didn't work out, but Mr. Parker still helped me out tremendously. I'll go back to this AutoZone just because of him. Thank you sir.

I went in to purchase refrigerant for my vehicle yesterday and was told the employees present at that time didn’t know how to assist me with utilizing the product but instructed me to return the next day and ask for Mr. Trevon. I did just that. Mr. Trevon mentioned every employee should know how to assist each customer and began assisting me with professionalism and friendliness. I can’t say how grateful I am for his polite service in assisting me and educating me on the product I purchased and details about my vehicle. He most certainly made my expectations positive one!

AAA came out to my house and didn't really help. He only jumpstarted the battery and told me there was nothing he could do. Wasted my time. I decided to go to this location of Auto Zone. Brandon and the rest of the staff was helpful and knew exactly how to resolve the issue. They charged my original battery first and then when that did not work, I ended up purchasing a new battery. They took me through the complete process before just taking my money. Excellent customer service. They have a great team here and I will be back in the future.

These guys were cool. Checked my wife's battery, determined it had no charge and helped us purchase a new one. Then, took it out and installed it after making sure to get all the caked up corrosion off the connections. Nice work.
