This review is from my friend, Bob:My phone was not working and the first person that waited on me would not help me because my last name on their records was misspelled by one letter and did not match my drivers license! I was not happy as I have been a customer for over 20 years, and was ready to leave and go to another store, when Milton, the sales manager intervened. He stepped right up, took care of the situation in a very friendly and professional manner. I have never had such good customer service and Milton is a top-notch professional. I was totally satisfied with the results of the visit, in spite of my first contact.

I was simply trying to leave a family At&T plan to a single 1 phone AT&T line plan...... I've been into AT&T 3 times trying to make it happen and every time an employee tells me a different procedure on how to do it. WHY IS IT THIS HARD. After 3 visits I still can't leave the family plan. I even tried transferring to Verizon which was a whole other head ache. I spent 20 mins in the store today and no one helped me. Do not go here.

Andrew is the best salesman in this store, he speaks Spanish, he is very attentive and friendly when you go ask him questions, he helps you with everything 100 percent recommended

The customer service was great, Edith was very helpful. She took care of my broken phone situation in a quick fashionable manner and I appreciate the whole store for constantly checking on me to make sure I get my situation fixed. Highly Recommend anybody to go exactly to this location.

The Tomball store team is very helpful every time we visit the store. We went in on Friday September 22 to purchase another new phone and they were so helpful. When we left we were extremely happy with the service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I went in with my parents because they are aren’t great with technology and the just needed to activate there new phones since they were switching from Verizon and the person we dealt with Joe was extremely rude and condescending. I’m not sure if they work off commission but as soon as we told him we just need help switching them over he immediately changed from his nice demeanor he started with. He told them MULTIPLE lies that I personally called AT&T and confirmed that he was incorrect. He also kept telling them they couldn’t do it in the store and had to do it online since the store doesn’t have WiFi which makes absolutely no since since my sister was at the EXACT same store two weeks ago and was able to switch perfectly fine. The manager was also sitting right next to us and did nothing even when he was called over by Joe for a question that he just dismissed because he didn’t answer. I have already sent multiple emails and calls in regards to the customer service we received. I’m not sure if it was just that manager and our rep Joe that are completely unprofessional or if it’s the entire store but I wouldn’t return to this store if my life depended on it and I will continue to contact AT&T until I get an answer as to how it is acceptable to treat your customers like this and to blatantly lie to their face multiple times. Stay away from this store.

I was helped switching out my phone and upgrading from a 12 to a 13 iPhone.Would not recommend coming here. I was lied to and told to go home and reset and transfer all of my data to my new phone. Turns out that’s a $220 fee to do it that way. In fact, I had even asked if that was standard policy, since I had never heard of leaving the store with both the new and old phone. He said “yep, you have to do it that way!”When I went to actually hand over my old phone, lo and behold, a $220 fee.Not to mention, he also lied and said the new iPhone isn’t compatible with the old chargers.. it is. Don’t waste your money. And don’t waste your time here.
