Nice place. Lots shade in some spots. Run by nice people. Near the lake if you want something to do in a small town like this. Would recommend for older family's. Not much to do for the little ones.

Not perfect but close. Great service, get wifi, nice facilities with a lot of oak and ash trees. Not mesquite.
