“Sam is a great guy and a great mechanic! I needed work on my 2014 Hennessy SS and he picked up my car at my house, took it to his shop and fixed me up. The Supercharger needed a rebuild and he took care of everything. If you have a high performance Chevy with an LS, I highly recommend you have him do the work. He kept me up to date on what was needed and how much it would be. Even did a few extra things that needed attention.

“Our company truck broke down about a mile from Joel's shop and we had it towed there late on a Monday afternoon/evening. The crew at Universal Auto Repair got it looked and fixed on Tuesday and we were able to pick it up on Wednesday! The price was reasonable and I couldn't ask for quicker service! When I called this servive at 6:30 pm, ,the tires were ordered while we talked on the phone…& they were installed promptly the next day by noon! I have always been very pleased with all my tire needs there and have found the owner to be extraordinarily honest and highly accomodating. MANY THANKS. ?”
“I've been taking my 98 Silverado to Keith for a few years now and he has always been fair and honest with me concerning repairs. For a truck as old as mine I haven't had to see him too often because he fixes it so I don't have to continue to come back. It is 26 yrs old so something will need repair and I know they'll take care of it. I won't trust anyone else to work on my truck except City Auto!”
“Quite surprised at other people ratings. This place is perfect if you're looking for good ol' honest men to do efficient work on your vehicle tires and don't care about fancy chit-chat service. Don't be fooled with how the place looks from outside. I've been here a few times to get my flat tire fixed and I also purchased new tires here for my vehicle. Every time they do good work, efficient and quick. And always they charge me honestly and it was cheap/fair. If you want fancy customer service, this is not the place for you.”

“I’ve been here twice, once with my BMW and today with my Mercedes. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a friendly hello and positive attitude. I received oil changes and a filter on the BMW and an oil change on the Mercedes. The staff was courteous and didn’t try and up charge me on any other services that I didn’t need! “Mike Riley and his team went above and beyond to repair my car. His wife Michelle is a sweetheart and made my wait enjoyable. Not many can say that while waiting on car repairs anywhere. Mike made sure I understood all repairs and took his time talking with me. They took over this shop after Mike’s father passed away and are HONEST, hard working with diligence, good at what they do and kind while actually caring about their customers!! The inside and shop areas are well kept, the restroom is clean & remarkable remodeled, they have coffee and an old nostalgic soda machine and the waiting area is welcoming. Michelle takes care of customers with a smile on her face and makes you feel at ease. I highly recommend the short drive it took me from Pflugerville and will be a lifelong customer.”
