I know we all have bad days but when someone addresses you about their package being forced into your box causing it to be bent.Why did she catch attitude because I asked if she would but it in the bigger box or just put a yellow slip in my box. She got rude talking about I can't please everybody. This is not the first time she acted unprofessional, but the next time I will be calling in on her.

The USPS as a whole is so incompetent, ignorant and rude when called out on it. Rachel especially is a bitter disgruntled employee that has no clue what the right thing to do is.

I have lived in Thorndale my whole life. I have never meet such rude employees until I walked into this post office! They “lose” packages and will never deliver your mail.There was an issue with our mail box. I was unaware of it until I had to pick up a package and was given all of our missing mail. And NO ONE at our household was informed that they were withholding our mail.Personally this isn’t the first bad experience I have had with them.

The people here are friendly and always helpful. They close for lunch at a weird time so be sure to check the time before you make a trip. Also short hours on Saturday. But they are ready to help you and are fast and proficent as well as keep the place clean and cool.

Horrible experience with multiple mis-deliveries. Delivered to wrong PO Box, and never call me with updates. Investigation still ongoing, package was worth over $200. Tried to charge me for my PO Box that I already paid for online. Postal workers at this location did not know how to apply online credits and don't know the meaning of customer service.

Horrible horrible horrible service. Not friendly at all. Postal worker keeps putting other people's mail in my mailbox and my mail in other people's mailboxes. This town is way too small for these HUGE mistakes. Either the postal worker is rushing or is just too incompetent to do a good job.
