The USPS as a whole is so incompetent, ignorant and rude when called out on it. Rachel especially is a bitter disgruntled employee that has no clue what the right thing to do is.

If I could give 1 star I would...every time I enter this post office everyone that works here is RUDE!! Customer service is awful!!

Amazing staff!! They are always taking time to show me how to save money on deliveries for my small business. This is above and beyond their job duties and I greatly appreciate it!
