I definitely love coming to this place! Everyone is nice and helpful all the time. I go to a group class every week with the program trainer, Saile. She makes the class fun and entertaining, while she also teaches us how to do the workout right. She motivates us physically and mentally to workout and have a healthy lifestyle. She is an awesome trainer, I recommend her 100%!!!

As some other people have said already, it is impossible to get anyone on the phone. I had instances I was on hold for more than 30 minutes just for the system to hang up. The staff there always have an attitude when you ask a question and the doctor was very rude to me when they called me about my test result. Overall very poor medical attention, I had to go to a different doctor to help me since they were more concerned about my insurance than my health.

I should have read the 1 star reviews about how difficult it is to get ahold of anyone at this office before I tried to transfer my care here. If you don’t mind being put on hold for 20+ minutes only to be hung up on by their system, then by all means choose this practice. My experience has been abysmal: I have called multiple times and left multiple messages either by voicemail or even through their app and the response rate on those is like 30% if I’m being generous.Having worked at a doctor’s office before, this is not normal. The clinical staff is fine, but the headaches and hurdles you have to jump through to see someone is not worth it. Until they work that out, I would choose anywhere else.

tried to make an appointment many times. It rings for up to 20 minutes. Then they hang up on you. I know I call during hours.I wanted to go here because people say the dr is good but it’s impossible to get proper care or set up an appointment I am autistic and need some help with appointments. You won’t get that here. I’ll call somewhere else.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Carlos Cepeda and Dr. Francisco. They have both assisted me in my weight loss journey. They educate you in learning how to have a healthy lifestyle as well as healthy eating habits. I absolutely recommend them with eyes closed.
