I didn't want to write a review but after having so many issues with this office I decided it was best to write it so people are aware of the issues they have. My husbands first appointment was a bit rock, my husband kept telling them he wasn't fluent in Spanish and that he preferred English. They ignored him and continued to try and speak Spanish to him luckily I was there and was able to translate to him. Dr. Sosa was a good doctor and he spoke English to my husband and explained everything to him and made sure he was good. Now heres where the issues start happening, when we scheduled my husband's follow up appointment we were scheduled with a different doctor, Dr. Reyes only spoke spanish and again I had to translate for my husband. When I tried asking her over a treatment that Dr.Sosa had recommended she told us we had to schedule another follow up appointment just to get medication sent over. My husband worked the next day so we scheduled the appointment early in the morning through Telehealth. The next morning we never received a call and we tried calling and we where put on hold for over and hour and we couldn't wait as my husband had to work. This is unprofessional, I called again and whenever i finally got through to speak to the receptionist I tried explaining to her over the treatment we where recommended and she would continue to put me on hold. I was on hold for over 30min and at the end someone else ended up answering the phone and was asking the same questions that I had already explained to the other receptionist.

Dr.Sosa is a great doctor but his staff are ridiculously rude and they never answer the phone to get themOn the phone is so hard and when they finally get to the phone the hang upThe don't have organization at front or wait list to see the doctor you have to be looking at how many people were in front of you to make sure staff don't forget to take your placeThis needs attention from managementDr. Sosa is an exceptional doctor. I recommend him but they need to pay attention to his staff. They have no professionalism. They are rude when you are on the phone. If you can get them to answer you because it is ridiculous how long it takes them to take a call and if something doesn't seem right to them They hang up on you I'm sorry if this doesn't help but my message is to change the staff and managers because it makes us not want to come back I have wanted to go for months but just knowing that I am going to get angry I won't go or call

I waited a ridicule amount of time at the waiting area, every person that arrived after me was called before me, the receptionists stated I will be attended momentarily three times yet I ended up waiting about an hour, while waiting for the doctor in the room I was hoping every penny would be worth it but it was the other way around the doctor did not address my concerns but surely rushed the visit and dismissed me.

The best of the best !!! Team of Professionals at the service of their patients. The attention "exceeds" the expectations we may have. Communication flows timely between ALL departments. From the Call Center, the attention is "wonderful", Erika and Carlos Guédez are always very cordial and attentive to our requirements. Doctor Javier, Francisco, Martinez and their ENTIRE medical and paramedical team dedicate their expertise to guiding us to improve our health and keep us physically and mentally healthy. Karen, Saile, Saro... The "powerpuff girls", with their dynamic attention and work mystique keep us focused on our daily diet and exercise. TOTAL THANKS to the ENTIRE team. Other characters accompany them in this praiseworthy service, Jenny, Andrés and sorry for those who did not manage to stand out in this message, they are a TEAM OF HIGHEST "ALL". Thank you TOTAL

Make me wait almost 2 hrs and I never have a change to see the doctor and saying they still waiting to verified my insurance.

Excellent service, the staff is always attentive with appointments and punctual! A place where your life can change with the weight control program! Totally recommended Thanks to Dr Francisco and Dr Carlos Cepeda! Please let this program reach everyone and it is recommended that there be a branch in KATY! We need this in KATY!

Thanks to the weight loss program I have recovered my self-esteem and every day I make more progress in my fat loss, but traveling to the woodlands is super complicated for me and many times I have had to miss my medical check-ups because between my work and the day Every day it has been difficult for me to come more often. I hope to God that you open your branch in Katy quickly. It would be a relief for me and therefore I would come weekly for my weight loss control, thank you Doctor Carlos Cepeda and Doctor Francisco Rodríguez, excellent for others and to the entire medical team for helping me on this path that has not been easy for me.
