Bought a shoe/boot from there that was too big. I wasn’t able to return it for 2 weeks due to my schedule and they would not accept it back. Said their return policy was only 1 week however I was never informed this upon buying nor was it in writing on the receipt or anywhere I could find. Now I’m out $$ for something I don’t need and never used. I never heard a “sorry” but instead a snippy attitude and he immediately turned around as if I wasn’t even in the shop anymore.

Took mom there to get a bed pan. The gentlemen were very helpful and friendly, and they even told her that the lowest priced one was best for her. How often does that happen?

3 stars because it is a nice clean store with a lot of medical equipment. However, your employee or whatever his title needs a review in customer service. Came in for compression stockings today. He measured ankle and calf. Came back with a medium. Now, I have big calves and thought this has to be a little too small. When I questioned him if they would fit while not cutting off my circulation, he was offended. Then he told me, "I measured. What, you think I don't know?" I have never purchased these, let alone wore them, so I was naturally concerned considering they were $85/pr and not returnable. Very rude. I work in Healthcare, and I will not recommend this store to anyone.

Great service. The staff was knowledgeable and knew the products he sold pretty well. Since there were a wide array of items, such as wound care products, orthopedics equipment, and even compression socks (premium quality), I had some questions. The result was satisfactory explanations to best suit what was a good fit for me. Appreciate the support.

Absolutely unbelievable how bad the owners attitude is! I came to get a shoe for my mom, first time and her foot is insanely swollen so I didn’t know rather to get a large or medium. I got the large and it was a tad bit too big so I walked right back in to exchange for a medium and he was highly upset and gave me attitude! I will never come back nor recommend that anyone comes here. I will make sure all businesses know as well. The Woodlands business authorities will know as well. He has no idea who I am. He should think twice about attitude and treating customers horrible.PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!

zero stars is better. The man has an attitude when you need to return item when it did not fit. Did not go on the foot at all. Go on Amazon it will be better, prime it if you can rather then deal with this person. He obviously doesn’t want customers to be coming in. He tries to get you in and out very quickly when your wanting to look at items that someone needs. Like stated better to go on Amazon even cvs, Walgreens or even Walmart. Will not recommend this place at all.!!! Worst customer service!!

I am straight shooter and read the reviews about the Rude service..... So I walked in smiling and friendly and the gentleman behind the counter was greeted me "Hello how may help you" smiling, friendly and very helpful offering mean array of options. So I guess "you get what you give". I am going to continue shop this store

tried selling opened pkg then rude, scary. I left. Kinda afraid to ever go back but they may have manopoly on market in Woodlands
