Visited the drive thru today as I have done many times over the many years I have banked at Wells Fargo. But today I experienced for the 1st time the worst attitude from a bank teller…….aka Carlos! I sent my tube in he then got to mine and asked what he can I do for me today…..I said excused me as I did not hear what he said ……unknowingly to him I was dealing with a call and a few deposits as I run a company and making my errands on bank deposits for the typical Friday afternoon. He said are you depositing or are you withdrawing. I replied what does the deposit slip say ( thinking I might have given him one of the wrong slips ) and his reply was unbelievable. He told me I didn’t have to be sarcastic or rude or something along those lines. I said excused me and was shocked. I was hitting the call button to not only confront him and ask his name but to also tell him the way I wanted my cash back. He would not respond to me after three attempts. He sent my tube back and said nothing and walked away from his satiation. The worst service I have ever received from Wells Fargo in the 36 yrs I have been banking with them. Maybe Carlos you were just not liking that you actually had to work as the drive through was busy but no reason to treat customers like trash. I don’t think you should be working on the front line my friend more like the mailroom with that attitude.

Wells Fargo is the only bank I've used since becoming an adult and I regret it so much. When opening my checking account I made sure to let them know that I didn't want over-draft protection so that I wouldn't over-draft and be charged a fee. Then several months in I started getting over-drafted?? How? They turned on the over-draft protection without my knowledge or consent, causing me to go several hundreds of dollars negative in my checking account. I've had this issue countless times and they refunded only a portion of what they took out of my account. Unbelievable, don't bank with wells Fargo. The customer service is horrid.

One drive thru should be closed as half the parking is “one way” only. If all the drive thru lanes are open you have to wait to park ?

I have never had any bad experiences with any WellsFargo Branch until today. This branch has terrible customer service. Every Friday I deposit a business check and I normally cash it and then deposit it so my staff can cash their checks and I have never had any issues with that until today. Destiny was my teller and told me they couldn’t cash it, they can only deposit, but that’s not the point, it’s the fact that I told Destiny that it needs to be approved by a manager so when she comes to talk to me, Morgan the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was trying to explain to her that I bring that check every Friday to several branches including this one and she left me with the words in my mouth and I front of my daughter. I have never been treated like that from WellsFargo and it won’t happen again because I will be changing banks including my family. It would’ve been a better experience if she would’ve said I apologize but our system is not letting us or something like that. It won’t surprise me that this Morgan girl has gotten complaints before from other customers. Sad and I know she wouldn’t like if someone treated her like that.

Horrible customer service specially in the business side. They would open an account quickly, but when there is a problem they do not help. Also they promise no fees and then they change fees. Even when you bring upThe. Issue they promise to stop the fees and they continue to charge. They claim it is an error but then they do not fix it despite multiple calls and visits. It is the Wells Fargo scam to take money fromYou. Banks are not to be trusted and this one is the extreme and worst of all. It is incredible despite my long termRelationship. Go to online bank. No sense in these. The service is zero.

Today 04-18-2022 we come to get a credit card and wait about 10 to 15 minutes so that later they tell us that since the bank had already closed they were not going to assist us and that we had to make an appointment for the next day to go staff so negligent and rude

I went to the branch a few weeks ago and masks were no longer required. Today they required me to wear a mask, even though the state and the county no longer have mask mandates. I was told because I might give them covid. Really? I'm not sure how it could be spread through the bullet proof glass. I was not impressed with the way things were handled, and I won't be going to this particular branch again.

My daughter and I came in and honestly out of all the Wells Fargo’s I’ve been to in the last 10 + years, Ms Guillermina gave us the best service we’ve had. Thank you for being so helpful and kind to my little one and me!
