“My first time shopping at Costco to avoid long lines at Sam's post purchase and Costco has diesel fuel Sams does not. Much to my surprise at least 50% of my Costco purchases were 15-20% higher priced. For this reason I'll likely settle in with Sam's for overall value and ignore the long line issue. Some items Costco doesnt even have? Try finding OJ? Cost about $6 at Sam's for 2 quart bottles. Costco is organic for $16 for same quantity. Bottom line is I can get some things at Costco reasonably but have to work at it to accomplish. There public stock is flourishing because people in general are buying these high priced high margin staples. Good if you own there stock I guess? Beware when considering a membership.”
