First off, I ordered the tires online and the system makes you pay for the installation before being able to place the order. When I arrived for my appointment, the service department tried to tell me for an hour that I had to pay for installation and that I couldn’t pay for it online, even though the system needed me to install order to place the order. Second, when I arrived for the appointment for my tires, which I made 2 days in advance, the service members had no idea where my tires were and after 45 minutes past my appointment, they finally found them. Lastly, I went shopping as soon as they told me they had everything they needed and told me they would start working on it 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The shopping took about an hour and when I arrived and asked for an update on where the car was, the attendant explained to me that the person in charge of doing tires was on lunch and had just gotten back to start on my tires. So before anyone started on my car, it was 1 hour and 45 past my original scheduled appointment. I ended up being at Walmart for 4 hours with my two year old son. This Walmart needs to figure out their service department and be better at managing/scheduling appointments and employees’ schedules. Very dissatisfied and they wasted 4 hours of my day because they were not prepared and should have been.

If I can give them zero stars I would. Went to get tires and our car was ignored. Went to other cars instead of me and my wife. Seem to be discriminating because we where a different color. Finally get help and they acted like they didn't want to help us at all.

Staff is professional and did a great job with my oil change. Prompt service. Like to receive the text alerts updating me on my service progress.

I called on phone to check how long is the wait for an oil change and was told less than 30 mins so I drove there and once I got there. The rude manager said they not taking cars for oil change anymore. I’ll never come back here.

Don’t waste your day coming here. Brought my car in to have one tire replaced. After 2 hours of waiting I came back to check on the status of my car and found it sitting in the parking lot with no sign of work. Also the trunk was open. I also tried calling multiple times to check on the status of my car before showing up, but nobody would answer the phone. Take your car anywhere but here. I truly don’t think they know what they are doing. Homeboy seemed irritated that I took my keys and left. “So you don’t want any work done?!” Lol. Good luck to those that come here.

I recently visited the Walmart Auto Center for a routine maintenance check, and I must say, my experience was extremely disappointing. The service provided by the technician was nothing short of poor, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied.Firstly, the technician seemed disinterested and unengaged right from the start. They barely acknowledged my presence and showed no willingness to address my concerns or answer my questions. This lack of basic customer service made me feel undervalued as a customer.

Big Thank You to Tyler and Mgr. Steven!These guys are great, they really looked after me. First off they were a couple of guys short today and super slammed. I'm impressed how they still managed to take care of business well and even went above and beyond with the amount of work they performed.I asked for one tire to be balanced with my oil change due to a curb check adding a wobble at high speed. So happened I got this tire last Nov. @ with Walmart.On arrival the attending clerk looked up my records and assured me I was good for the tire balance and would only have to pay for the oil and top down service I requested.... Did I mention these guys were obviously swamped?At checkout my total was far beyond what I had come to pay or could even afford ?...Apparently upon entry all 4 tires were marked for balance and rotation by mistake...And they did a bang up job too, but...I had to explain my request and apologise that I could not afford the new bill with the total care they gave my car ?...At the register Tyler listened attentively and promptly got Autoservice Mgr. Steven and they got me all sorted out in a jiffy!Thanks for your care!Tim Barnes

I took my car for oil change. They take it and 45 minutes later they called and said they doesn’t have the filter. I went to pick up my car and left my wife truck for oil change. 45 minutes later, I got the same call. It was just a waist of my time. They need better management.Service: Oil change

I always go there for my•lubricants(oil, silicone, wd-40, etc.) , •cleaners(brake, carb, simple green, etc.) •adhesives(loctite, epoxy, jb weld, etc.)They are usually the cheapest and have plenty in stock. Never have had any issues besides when they were out of brake cleaner. A man must have brake cleaner on hand at all times. That is the go to cleaner for everything. I tell these Gen z kids coming up that if brake cleaner feels like it is burning your hands, you are still a boy and don't work with your hands enough.This auto center is like any other Walmart auto center, but I think it is just upkept better than others.

So I will say I was vaguely annoyed. I had purchased used tired. They kept letting me know that there was a possibility that things could go wrong., but it got 5 stars because they were up front and and honest. It took longer than I would have liked, but I take way longer on auto care so I can't be upset.

This location answers their phone, is very attentive, and they have free air. Mr. Wayne is the best. He answers my most difficult questions. Chris is accessible and competent. Josh is diligent and approachable. John is hardworking and tries his best. Mr. Tim knows how to get the answers and works well. It is nice to see the same faces over the years — it is more like family at this point. The department’s team works well together which is something the store should take pride. They keep the area neat and they have a seating area while you wait. They have many products for various car needs.

These guys never have enough staff to do oil change. They often tell you to come back another time. The most recent visit took 1.5 hours you wait for the car to get a basic oil change. Once they started working on it. It took them another 45 min to do the work because the torque wrench broke and it took the manger 20 min to get him one that worked.

Yes, love these guys been getting oil changes here last couple times. I appreciate the great service ?
