The pharmacy will put you on hold for 45 minutes. Then, they will pick up and hang up in your face. I spoke with a nice staff manager who tried to get me in touch with a store manager, but unfortunately a store manager was no where to be found. Eventually I received an automated message “I’m sorry, we’re unable to process your call. Please try again later.” Do not trust this location to successfully transfer your prescriptions to your desired Walgreens location, or answer their phones.

My review is about only the pharmacy. I would give them a better review, but what happened today changed that. All I can say is: be sure to check that all your prescriptions are there before leaving because if they aren't or they give you the wrong ones, they blame the customer. Also, be sure to count every single pill and make sure everything is intact or that will be the customer's fault, too. It's so sad, but the message (implied by the pharmacy) is they blame the customer for not catching their mistake(s). Perhaps the same thing could happen at every pharmacy everywhere.

with the amount of squeaky lost potatoes in the woodlands, i am leaving this 5 star review because almost every single complaint in this review section is a toddler squeak and completely baseless. the woodlands is full of geriatric toddler brained white people who can't see through the trees to see the forest.....

I have never talked to a more incompetent pharmacy in my life. The man I talked to had no idea what he was doing and kept talking about medications and insurance plans that have nothing to do with me. Complete morons working here.

Pharmacy is TERRIBLE. There is a huge lack of communication, prescriptions are always delayed and/or canceled without any notice, employees are rude and not very helpful. I would not recommend using this Walgreens Pharmacy.

Appointments for vaccines are a joke here. I don't know if they are disorganized or what. We completed paperwork online, arrived 10 minutes early, gave them our IDs and insurance info, and 45 minutes later we are still waiting. And the pharmacy is not especially busy with people in line to pick up their prescriptions. Go to another location!

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE PHARMACY ONLY This place is terrible. I'm writing the review after moving all my prescriptions to HEB pharmacy. Yesterday, I was there to pick up my prescriptions after having received multiple messages and calls about my prescriptions being ready, but when I got there was anything ready? NOPE. They didn't believe that I had received calls and messages, the girl at the counter kept trying to check call history and when I showed her my phone, she's snatched my phone to read the messages. She said the prescriptions had be put back because i hadn't collected them within ten days. Her name was Danjina or Jandina or something like that. Train her Walgreens!!! My first message was on the 15th. Most of the staff is rude there. They once told me they were out of my birth control only for another pharmacist to step in and say it's ok, we have some for you. WTF!! I picked up five prescriptions from them on a monthly basis and I'd have to go in five different times all within the same week, why couldn't they be consolidated? One of the calls I received, a girl asked me if i was interested in picking up my prescription, what do you think???? I went in, nothing was ready. They wouldn't give me my birth control until it was a whole month, but the supply was a 28-day supply. I could go on and on and on. Just don't go there.

Customer service here is horrible. Called multiple times yesterday, waited on hold, and then hung up on.For my daughters prescription this location was out of the 30 ml bottles (needed two for a total of 60mls) and they only filled two 15 ml bottles. The frustrating part is that the 15 ml bottle is the same price as the 30 ml bottle and per the pharmacist when we realized their mistake every Walgreens near by has the 30 ml bottle but they didn’t disclose that till I asked. Ripping customers off.
