How many times am I supposed to "note my account" that the script we need is manufacturer specific? Every third time we go to pick it up, it's not the right manufacturer/script.How many times do I need to add my express pay HSA card? It keeps reverting back to my debit card. It never sticks.This is supposed to be a partnership but the Walgreens side of this team is not working very well. They just can't get it together.

Pharmacy is ok unless you need a vaccination. Seems that they needlessly make you wait. Have experienced this on several occasions.

The pharmacy is short staffed and that's probably not their fault but the company's fault. Wait times terrible after work and only 2 people working.

Rodney the store manager is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! STAY AWAY! He looks at himself as if he is a Greek god of some sorts but really comes across as a man who has never had a position of management. Even his employees talk about him because he is never interactive with the customers but demands his employees to do his work. Abuse of authority and a lack of common sense clearly. I remember my first management position too his just came later in his life I guess cuz I'd NEVER want to be employeed by him

The pharmacy at this location input my 3-month supply of medication (specifically written to be 3-month supply) incorrectly submitted my rx to my insurance. The refill has been filled correctly for the previous 6 months but now they refuse to admit they made a mistake and have not been forthcoming or helpful at all to me or my benefits company trying to resolve the issue they caused for the past week. Will be taking this to their next chain of command due to Delores' I professionalism and inability to correct their mistakes.

ANOTHER UPDATE: I have not been able to get a hold of this store for 24 hours now. My new pharmacy has been calling them constantly since last night and all day today and THEY STILL CANT GET A HOLD OF THEM! Will I ever get my prescriptions? Who knows?! UPDATE: after waiting on hold a little longer, I was hung up on after waiting for more than an hour. This Walgreens has the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. There is not a single time where I go to pick up prescriptions where something doesn't end up going wrong. I've only been using this pharmacy for less than a year. I'm currently on hold with them. I've been on hold for 56 minutes. They did answer the phone after 34 minutes, didn't speak a single word, I said hello 3 times, they put me back on hold, I've been on hold since then. I've already "fixed" this issue twice before and they still don't have it right. I am so fed up. The only reason I use this pharmacy is insurance limitations.

Love this Walgreens. I spent years at a subpar pharmacy. I always get through the drive through fast. They seem to be well staffed. They just make it easy.

Made an appointment for a flu shot thinking it would be quicker than just walking in and even filled out the paperwork ahead of time. Still waited over half an hour for a flu shot. Unless you have unlimited time on your hands, don't bother coming here.

The pharmacy has TERRIBLE service again. I arrived to pick up my prescription and they informed me that only one is ready from the same dr. They said it would be ready in 30. As I pull into my driveway 8 minutes later I receive a text that it is ready. 3 Of the last 5 scripts were filled as generics even though the dr marked it "medically necessary" Also, another time I payed 90 instead of 35 because they did not have anyone there capable of processing the company coupon. I don't understand why this is so difficult!!!

Clean store good for snack or water ! Little store but has everything you need. Right there in woodlands parkway and kurk, very good location ! Legit if you need something definitely come here !!!
