I’m leaving this review as a concerning mother. My son purchased his car from Bayway about 4 or 5 months ago . After hurricane Beryhil in July . There was a problem with the engine. It’s been at Bay way for almost a month now. All anyone can say is that they are waiting on the parts. I personally dropped off my car to Toyota Gullo in Conroe. It took them 2 weeks and 5 days to get to my car. I understand waiting on parts, very disappointed in the service. If it was there family members only vehicle they would move a lot faster. Forgot I was also told that it would be another week after the part was received before they started working on it. Today is Sept. 9 . Bill Barker the GM called me Sept 6 to tell me Because of my son and his girlfriend leaving a bad review he wasnt going to fix my sons car. I explained to him that that is a person's right; that's how they felt. He turned around and said he wouldn't fix my son's car. It is a Hyundai just to let it be known, the way this place has treated me has nothing to do with customer service. i had called back Bill Barker and requested the name and number of the owner dealership, as well as the corporate information. He said he didn't have the information, He also told me that I could look it up myself and hung up on me. I couldn't believe that he hung up on me. I have contacted Cadillac customer service. I requested a phone call from the district manager, I hope that these people listen to the phone calls I had with this man and how unprofessional his actions were. I have been blocked from being able to leave another review, Maybe the GM for this location needs to be retrained, Customer Service and a person of your word go along way, You don't hang up on people, Just to let you guys know there is no external affairs,

i purchased my Hyundai in April and after 2 months i ended up needing to pay for a new engine. i was under the impression that i picked a place that was honest and had good customer service. if i knew then what i know now i would of went to a different dealership. i didn’t purchase the extended warranty. i was under the impression that i was purchasing a dependable vehicle. i understand that i should have purchased the extended warranty. i have learned from this experience. I got my car towed to bayway dealership on the 17th of July, it has been there since awaiting this new engine, I have been told it would be ready multiple times just for the finish date to be pushed back every time. Ive gotten my mother in law and all they can tell my mother in law is that we should have purchased the warranty making her feel awful by saying some bs and half about “ if it was my kids i would make sure they got extended warranty”. I am an 18 year mother of a 6 month old, I dont have the time to be playing around with my car.

I bought my Escalade about 3 years ago from Laurel Williams at Bayway. Having her as a salesperson was the best luck I have ever had! I have since purchased a used vehicle using Laurel again. In my experience once you purchase a car the salesperson disappears into outer space, but not the case with Laurel. I have had various problems since I purchased my Cadillac and each time I called Laurel to see what I should do. She lets me know what to do, who to call, or she just solves the problem for me! Today my husband had a flat in Conroe right off I-45. After I called Laurel she contacted Roadside assistance for me, and within 20 minutes someone was there to put the spare on and take the flat in to repair. Have you ever had a salesperson take care of you 3+ years after you bought your car? Now I can say I have! Laurel Williams is by far the best salesperson I have ever dealt with!

The only people giving 5 stars are the people who have purchased new vehicles. I was referred by someone who purchased a new vehicle, which is why I decided to come here. The used vehicles side is totally different. Within 3 days of purchasing a used vehicle, I had to pay over $1,000 in repairs. I have been paying for repairs since I have gotten the vehicle, and it hasn't even been a year yet. They never checked the vehicle just washed it and gave it to me. I felt like since they were trying to help me get into a vehicle, I had to take the deal. Never again! Now I am stuck with a vehicle that doesn't work, and a car note. Thank you Bayway for the stress!

My father and I recently bought a 2023 Cadillac Escalade, and Angel made the experience fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to make sure we understood everything about the car.
Angel wasn’t just about making a sale; he genuinely wanted us to be happy with our choice. We both appreciated his professionalism and down-to-earth approach. We’ll definitely be back to work with him again. Highly recommend!
