October, 26 at 10.15 am I have met a receptionist — a young lady with blond hair. She didn't even say hello, she didn't look up, she was looking at her phone. Strange service.

I have been going here for 2 years and genuinely enjoy getting my hair done by Stephanie. I always get a full service, which consists of wash, blow-dry, trim, and style. I have very textured hair, and I love the way she has taken care of my hair. It has grown 4-5 inches since I started going to her. She understands that I want to grow healthy long hair and retain length. I recommend her services as she always pressed my hair so beautifully.

First time trying this location and Mykie was awesome! Listened to what I was wanting, as far as color etc., very personable and knowledge. I will definitely return, as Mykie did a great job on my hair. The only downfall was, the girls at the front desk, could be more friendly. Especially the one who checked me out.Overall, I had a great experience!

Love coming here if you want a high quality hair cut and color. Obviously it’s going to depend on whom you chose but Mark was great to color my hair and most people here know how to style. It ain’t cheap but worth the price I don’t go anywhere else.

Best experience we had compared to other visible changes salons. Me and my mom absolutely love the way our hair turned out and the staff was so welcoming and friendly! My mom went to Kristen and on the phone they said for cut and style $80. But ended up charging her $125. $45 extra for a blow dry. They have become over priced for mediocre haircuts. Go to the beauty lounge. Better service and they have always been upfront and honest about their pricing. You can even find it online. Unlike this shady place.

Mikey has done my color for the last several times I’ve gone. While he never disappoints or misses, today he BLEW ME AWAY with the job he did on my hair. Exactly what I wanted and asked for. He’s always the most friendly and fun to talk to, and it made time go by very fast.

This was the time I used Visible Changes and I am extremely happy that I did. My daughter has been going there for awhile and has been recommending them to me. I had a shampoo, haircut, and style. The haircut and style were done by Richard. He did a fantastic job and gave me a haircut I am very pleased with. Loved my hair color and cut!!! The staff was very professional and listened to what I wanted done to my hair. Just be aware that you pay a separate person for the color and another for the cut. I needed a color and cut asap. I got lucky and was seen right away.

I never thought I would get anything done at the mall salon. I made an appointment on Saturday night for Sunday, this was the only place open.I have to say attention was exceptional. I had my hair colored for the first time, they were amazing in giving me opinions and suggestions. The moment I took the towel off, I saw the color and it was way off. They were so nice to immediately make the necessary changes and make it to my liking without any weird faces or awkward attitude. This girl knew exactly what I meant, I think her name was Katie.The guy who styled my hair knows how to make you feel good, he says he is very antisocial in his personal life. I don’t buy that. He made me feel gorgeous and left me ready for a dinner party.I will probably not go back there just because the seats were so uncomfortable, way uncomfortable after 3 hours sitting there. The place doesn’t look very nice with plastic coverings on the seats. To be sitting that many hours, I need a good chair at least.I love my hair, though!

I’ve been going to this location for over 10 years now. Although the personnel have changed over the years, the service is always great. I always love when they get new shampooers as they are more diligent with their methods and even throw a nice scalp/neck massage most of the time. Once they’ve been there a while, they tend to just shampoo you and put you in a chair to wait for your stylist. Overall good experience.
