Without a doubt, the best nail experience I've had. Mia did an outstanding job cleaning up the mess left by the previous person and did EXACTLY what I was wanting. I left with the most beautiful nails and will definitely be returning as a new customer!

I came here because of the other great reviews and I’m glad to say I am adding another one. Everyone was super friendly and my nails look amazing. $95 for the length I got is really good especially with inflation right now. I will be returning!!!!

I have had Tom for my pedicures before and he also does an incredible job. I never feel like he is rushing and always pays attention to detail. This time I had Mia for my nails, and WOW! She listened to exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond! Will definitely be back!

Urban Escape Nail Spa has been my go-to nail salon for the last few years. The salon is always very clean and with the recent remodel, it is pristine! The staff is very kind, offering complimentary drinks and never rush their service. For my most recent sets, Mia was able to recreate the designs AND file a flawless shape. Fair prices for quality services that will last until your next set. I have always left Urban Escape Nail Salon looking AND feeling my best! ? ❤️

My sister, mom, and I all came to get our nails done! They even did our hands and toes at the same time so we got out in less than two hours. My full set came out better than the inspo picture! Definitely coming back, 10/10!

I absolutely loved this salon, they were able to fit me in on a busy holiday weekend. The service was top notch, affordable and the ladies were wonderful. This is the place to go!

Just finished a mani-pedi with Lapi. It is a great pleasure to be fussed over and enjoying this luxury! These folks treat you like royalty. They are always extremely pleasant and joyful to be with. They go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction.

I have been going to this salon for about a year. They have the best service! Everyone is exceptionally nice and they go out of their way to make the customer happy!
Cleanliness: They just currently renovated the whole salon. It is so clean and inviting!
Stylist: I have never seen anyone leave whose nails didn’t look great!

The customer service is the worst I’ve ever received. The owner MIA was upset because I was expressing that I wasn’t happy with the job done (I wasn’t even complaining or asking for my money back mind you) and she handled it by telling me never to come back to her salon and she never wanted to see me again. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. No one deserves to be treated like that. I'm still in shock an owner would behave that way, especially when she is the one that messed up on my nails.
Stylist: I have been getting my nails done for the past 18 years and have never come across such a rude technician in my life. What makes it worse is that Mia is the owner. She was obviously having a very stressful day and took it out on me as her customer. I would never go back or recommend it to anyone else. No one deserves to be treated that way!!!! For anyone that’s looking for a nail salon, go to a place where they appreciate you and have good customer service. It surely is not Urban Escape.

Fell in love with this place the moment I walked in ? it was so clean and the staff welcome you right as you walk in. I’ve only ever been to one nail salon before this one and I will now forever go to this location after my expierience here! Absolutely loved my nails and the price was very reasonable for the quality which I love!

I’ve been coming here for over 15 years, and you couldn’t pay me to go anywhere else. The staff always work hard to make sure you are happy with the services you receive, evening going so far as to fix a nail I broke (totally my fault) for free. The salon has been recently renovated and looks beautiful, but most important to me, the salon is clean. Everyone is friendly and skilled. Walk-ins are welcome, but I would suggest you book an appointment to ensure you don’t have to wait. I would recommend the salon to anyone who is looking for a place to receive excellent service and have beautiful nails.

I have been going to urban escape for almost 3 years and all I have are great experiences. Every time I go I’m ALWAYS treated like family. I never feel out of place or uncomfortable. I always go in for dip and never leave disappointed. I have had pedicures from different nail technicians and never had issues. I always leave relaxed and happy. The place is always clean and with the new remodeling the place looks gorgeous, and aesthetically pleasing. I can keep going on how great this place is, no negative feedback. Thank you guys for making me feel welcomed!

What a great experience! I love going to Urban Escape Nails! Not only is the new renovated salon beautiful it is so relaxing and peaceful. Everyone is so professional, kind, and treat me like family. I will continue to come here for another 9 years. Love them!
