Very rude. Wouldn’t let me put the label on my own package. I have lost several packages from them not sticking them on completely. won’t be back to this location. Very unimpressed

Iris is simply amazing! I had to ship a suitcase and did not have a box. Iris figured out how to combine two boxes when they didn't have a box big enough. She also helped me print the USPS label and saved me a trip to the post office. Iris went above and beyond to help me! Thank you Iris!

This store incorrectly relabeled my Amazon and non-Amazon returns after I left the store (having labeled them and left them as instructed by their staff), mixing them up and costing me an incredible amount of time/money in the process. I may not be able to get refunded on the items and more than likely will have to pursue a BBB complaint. Go out of your way to avoid, even for what should be simple Amazon returns.

When you pick up packages and mail most times, it’ll be in one pile with several other packages. They tell you your packages are not there. When you tell them they were delivered and make them look in the mail pile they magically find it. Lost my tags. I had proof from UPS that they signed for them. It’s a mess!! Rub by irresponsible teenagers. No adults are ever in sight

I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but for the past month this store continues to NOT be open at the 8:30 AM time. People are coming and leaving frustrated, I am one of them! Management needs to step in.

This spot is absolutely amazing! The friendliest of staff, and a radical change since they switched owners years ago. I have kept a PO Box here for over 10 years, and of course there will be something left on a truck, that will show up the next day or under a pile in the backroom. Have you seen the amount they get every day? Now, handling amazon returns as well.Zero complaints here.You guys are Rock Stars! Happy Thanksgiving! I am Thankful for all y'all, keeping all of our mail out of the Texas heat.If you have time to sit down and write a negative review, about a local franchise, you are one fortunate soul. Do NOT rent a mailbox here. You’ll never get your mail. 3 months in a row, I had to inquire about my box specifically and the name of my company and they “look” in the back and come back empty-handed. Suddenly, within the next couple of days, the mail would magically appear in my box (post office stamped weeks prior!) fine for dropping off packages, but don’t expect anything else with this place run by teenagers…

The front desk employee wouldn't take his earbuds out when I walked up, and looked like he didn't want to be there. I gave him the package I needed returned and he took it and just looked at me without saying anything. I asked for a receipt or anything, but he said this one doesn't get one. How was i supposed to know that? I don't return things every day or know the in's and out's of the biz. Serious leadership is needed at this business.

You should not bring your packages here. Absolute cluster mess of an operation. Paid extra for 3 day delivery, but the package hasn't even left the area after a full week of sitting. They take zero responsibility for their service failure.UPDATE: Sent info to the email you provided. No response, of course. No responsibility, as usual. From what I can see from the other reviews, typical behavior for this group. How can I lower the number of stars below one?
