I prepaid for 36 sessions, used 11 and then stopped going. When I tried to start up again, they would not honor my account after that. Warning to others: Do not prepay for sessions and not use them within the specified time set forth in the contract. You will lose your money, as they will not honor it and will not refund your money. My money did not expire - they TOOK it, but read the fine print. I would advise everyone to NOT prepay for training sessions.
