Sadly, I have to post a review about my own home. I currently am a resident and fully expect retaliation, but I cannot just be run over.
I love where I live and the community around me, Howard Hughes has an amazing property here and the people in it are amazing.
I have been upset with some of the staff because of some non-truths we were told, in writing even. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this and was told it is just how it is, and it was dismissed, literally. I do not communicate with the staff here anymore except by email or if I record the conversation on my phone, because of this. There is no yelling or screaming or anything like that.
I went to pay my rent the other day and found 2 new lease violations in my record, I got no phone calls, no emails, and no warnings. They were put in and signed off on by the main female I have had the most problems with, then when my wife went to the front desk to ask her about them, she basically got laughed at with a smirk and very unprofessional behavior, especially since we pay a premium to live here and stuff like this can mess with your rental record.
In addition to that since this has happened, all of our access to the building, even our car tags have mysteriously disappeared from their system 2-3 times now, and we have had to completely add everything back piece by piece for each of us. The latest was my son who has lived here the entire time as me (over 4 years now) was no longer granted access to the building and we were told that if he wanted access, we would have to give him a guest pass, because he is no longer on the lease either (he's a kid under 18) Please understand, he has had access granted by them for 4 years and over 6 leases.
To gain access for my son they required me to pull parts of the lease out that showed he has the right to access as an occupant.
Some other things came to light about the person who put in the bogus lease violations and laughed in my wife's face, but this alone should be enough to warrant some action.
Now, the reason I am posting this is that the employee in question yelled at me from at least 50 feet away in front of my building, where I live that I was a liar and messing with her job. I started recording her once I realized she was yelling at me.
Once I bubbled it up to the folks at HH (different organization manages it), the group that manages it had the staff remove the bogus lease violations from my account, and got my son's access back, but then nothing from the staff about the fact that all this happened and is focused around 1 main employee who then publicly yelled at me in a derogatory manner. I have never seen employees be allowed to speak to customers in this manner and nothing happen. I am so frustrated but will not give them the satisfaction of leaving my home and punishing myself. I will keep fighting for them to act and take reasonable action against the employee. I love it here and love my community.

Been here 4 years... best place in The Woodlands! Love that I can walk to anything and everything and sense of community is immeasurable. Trails around the lake are perfect for running and trying to stay fit!

Ex-resident: Two Lakes Edge has refused to refund my deposit (both parties agree to the amount, no dispute) for 3 months now (still unpaid as of today). On a weekly basis they have tried sending us a lesser amount than agreed, have sent checks that bounce at the bank, have said that the digital check was sent to the wrong email address, sent checks in the wrong amount, etc. I now have to file a petition at small claims court to get TwoLakesEdge to pay the deposit they refuse to pay.

We moved from out of USA in 2023 and with all the stress and anxiety moving countries found 2 Lakes Edge to be our new home in Texas, USA. It has been amazing. Apartment living from a big home in a golf estate to a small unit has been easy with the amenities and luxuries at 2 Lakes Edge. The staff were so helpful with assisting us with a lease with no credit score history in USA. Everything was new to us and "foreign" however the transformation has been alot easier with this amazing home. Its quiet, you cannot really hear the neighbors. Its always spotlessly clean in all common areas. The staff are friendly and the amenities are always in top condition and functioning. Its setting is magnificent true beauty on your doorstep. We have been here for nearly 8 months and I would choose this place over again. Its become my safe and happy place since relocating. If you looking for something immaculate with pride and beautiful then 2 Lakes is a definite choice.

So many issues, too many to mention. Great office staff, bad management with Greystar. Security issues are at the top of the list but also issues with water leaks, etc.Good place to get a registered vehicle towed.

Awesome place to live! So convenient to town center and all of the restaurants at Hughes Landing. Plus plenty of workout shops, grocery store, coffee shop etc! The amenities are also top notch! Lake view at the pool and gym. A bocce ball in the courtyard.. sky view lounge on the top floor good for parties.. wine storage! And a game room with a sports simulator! And above all that, the leasing staff and maintenance staff are not only awesome and helpful, but they are also some of the friendliest folks you will ever meet! You will love it here!

Beautiful design and location, just a few concerning security problems. Have been living here since the beginning of 2022.It’s a little pricey, but given location and design, I feel the $3,800 monthly is reasonable. I’ve only seen one other review that mentioned the multitude of car break ins and stolen vehicles that happen with a fully automatic gated parking garage. With any apartment complex, you can expect criminal activity, but given the price and “luxury” stamp of these apartments, you think they would care more. The issue still persistent regardless of the 15+ vehicles that have been broken into this just year (there were break-ins the previous year). They refuse to put any sort of cameras in the garage, but they have hired “security” that occasionally sit at the entrance and watch all vehicles drive in without any sort of stopping and monitoring for tags. He didn’t last long, maybe one month before we didn’t see him anymore. Not to mention, the homeless they found sleeping and eliminating himself in our cowork area. Chance it if you will, they’ll give you tons of social entertaining days with alcohol ??♀️

A fantastic property - beautiful, well maintained and operated by an A+ and responsive team. Great workout facility, excellent pool and the best in the Hughes Landing area! Kylie was great from the first call all the way through ending our lease (sadly) due to moving. We were sad to go and would return for sure!

Nice place to live and nice staff but I've had 2 motorcycles stolen from the gated garage and management seems to place security as a low priorityUpdate: It's been a year later and now 15 cars have had their windows broken into. Still no change in the security. If you value your automobiles, look at additional options.

Without any security, on 10/13 there were 14 vehicles with broken and stolen windows! It's absurd that the condominium doesn't put security on site and cameras, there's no way you can live in a beautiful place and have this type of situation.
