Terrible customer service. Lied to me and said item will ship in a couple days. Then cancelled saying it was out of stock. Offered a mere 20% when was purchased on Black Friday. If blue is out of stock, offer me black for the same price because I was lied to.

Phone cases are junk and fall apart after just 4 months. Return policy is a joke, (send away for ‘repair’…a phone case! I asked what do I do while it’s away to protect my phone, apparently that’s not their problem) and when you push for a replacement are told you have ‘attitude’. They eventually gave a replacement case.They have just lost a long time customer.

Great location to purchase your TUMI gear. Staff have fixed small issues with both mine and wife's bags in store which is very much appreciated. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable on their products.

Finally my trusty Tumi which has traveled around the world with me since 2013 as an ex employee of Continental Airlines and United Airlines the top handle gave way. I had just come back from Cairo and dropped by The Woodlands Tumi store and Christina took care of my repair. Within a half hour it was back to new and the care they took was fantastic. A big thank you to the staff and highly recommend them!!!! I which there was a way to track how many flights and how much mileage this bag has endured!!! Is part of my souls and stories!!!

Allison at the Woodlands store is the BEST. She made an awkward situation all smooth. She worked everything out effortlessly for me as the customer. She understood the need, already knew what I wanted, understood my style & OMG, this lady made it happen.

This is the only Tumi location I have visited and I have to give them a 5+ Arrive at the woodlands location with an issue that needed to be solved within a very short time period. Allison and Bernardo were absolutely amazing when addressing the issue and solving the problem. Allison and Bernardo were time efficient, very polite and extremely professional. Highly recommend this location due two these employees. Well done, and thank you so much!

After a terrible experience at Nordstrom with their customer service, I was directed here by another shopper. Didn’t know the store was at Market Street and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I like that they are not overly helpful or pressure you into purchasing items. The store is small and boutique-like but they have a nice variety of items in stock.
