My husband went in looking for a pair of sandals I asked for. The woman greeted him, he told her when he was looking for and she went in the back to look. She came back and said, no we don’t have those, turned around and walked off without another word. Didn’t ask him if he would be interested in something else or if he needed anything more. So rude!

Love TB especially the shoes.. the one thing I wish is that they would carry more size 11, 11.5. The minnie travel shoes seem to be getting smaller so its no longer a true 11 like the sneakers and sandals. Always great service.

My daughter wanted pink sandals, size 8...ez, right? NOPEsales lady tells me we only have one size 8 left in the store, and it's on a 24-hour hold for a customer. She says if they don't come pick up, you can try back. But I'm ready to buy them now. Why would a customer who didn't pay first have 1st dibs?If they wanted them bad enough, pay for them..Like i WANTED to!Needless to say, i drove 45 mins back home empty-handed.

I came into this location after just getting my jeep out of the mud. I had my jeans rolled up to my calves and the only thing clean on me was a backup pair of shoes. Well aware of the bad reviews, I went in anyway rather than walking through the mall in my condition... The staff, particularly Denise, was very helpful and friendly. I walked in and asked about a band for an Apple Watch and Denise literally showed me everyone they had and gift wrapped my purchase for me while I ate a chocolate-coconut crepe thing.

I love this store and their staff. Irina was so kind in helping me pick a pair of loafers and even ordered a pair for me to arrive in store. She also checked in with me after to make sure everything went well with my purchases. She truly went above and beyond.

Nice quality at reasonable prices. We were dressed in workout gear and were ignored in favor of someone dressed somewhat nicely but clearly trying to look wealthy. After we engaged the staff and started to get helped, the service was pretty good. We didn’t buy anything but they had a couple of items that were very close to what we were looking for. Not the greatest experience I have ever had but not horrible either.

I thought it was just me, but clearly it is not when you read the reviews from others for this location. This place has got to be one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. Walked in and there were two retail girls chit chatting on the right side of the store and never even greeted or acknowledged. Walked around and another retail sales person semi-greeted me while she faces the wall. How do you greet customers?? Walked around and another sales person completely ignored or provided any assistance. You think these baby sales girls think they are above you, so sad to see.
Honestly this place didn’t even deserve one star. Very sad that they aren’t able to hire better people.
