Staff were extremely rude. If we weren't trying to purchase a gift for this weekend I would have waited and either gone to another location or bought online. With how the staff treated us I almost just used my phone for an online checkout but unfortunate for us I needed something for tomorrow. Tiffany is a brand my family and myself have used and trusted for many years but this was the absolutely worst experience I've had at a store of this caliber.

The staff are very unfriendly and this company doesn’t not stand by the product they sell. I have a Tiffany bracelet that has broken and they will only repair it if I pay. That’s ridiculous! As much as this bracelet cost it should be repaired at no cost to a customer. So much for customer service. Not ever going into a Tiffany store again. Plenty of high end jewelry stores around.

Currently having the worst experience with this store. My boyfriend bought me a necklace, we returned it on the 31st to customize the length and were told it would be in on the 6th for pickup. We call on the 7th to go pick it up and they told us “oh no come on monday”. It’s now Monday and they’re telling us “we will text you when it’s ready” with no ETA. This was supposed to be a birthday gift but the experience we’ve had has made this terrible.

Breakfast at Tiffany's was MUCH better....Your only paying for the branding and that's even sadly outdated. Salesman/women are terribly judgmental and quite ignorant. If you want a Tiffany's, do yourself a favor and shop resale online; tons of others are getting rid of their jewelry plus the iconic charm bracelets are tacky history anyway.

People are amazing. I had been treated pretty well. I'm not giving a 5-star rating because of the customer service for my earring repair. I used the earrings only once on my wedding day, and the stone looked weird. I recently picked it up to use it again, and the stone was very awkward. I sent it for repair, and it makes me mad that the quality of the earring was poor. They are saying that I used it wrong. I wear my engagement ring every day, put on lotion, go to the pool with it, and my diamond is still perfect. So, it's frustrating that they are trying to blame me for something that I used only once! Paying for the repair of this poor quality doesn't feel right.

For the amount of money I spent in the store, my experience was sub par to say the least. Nobody waited on us or assured us we would be seen until 15 min of standing around. People who came in after us were seen before us. No refreshments were offered. I expected more of an experience especially with a reputable company and spending so much money. Initially came in wanting to buy two large necklaces and a matching bracelet. I left only purchasing one of the necklaces because I was annoyed and ready to leave. I drove an hour to the store and was very disappointed in the experience. I was presumed to be very young as indicated by the client advisors comment on my appearance. Therefore I’m assuming that is why I was not taken serious in making any purchases and given poor service. This store location also had a very limited selection. My bracelet was not in stock, despite being a Tiffany classic. My experience left me very dissatisfied. I would not recommend the location I attended.

It was somewhat busy and nobody came to help me. I waited 10 minutes and a lady came and said "Give me a minute and that she would help me" She proceeded to walk to the back and then go to the front of the store and stand there holding her tablet. I asked for help and got their back turned on me. There were at least 3 workers who were standing there looking at me. It took almost 20 minutes to get some help. I came in there knowing exactly what I needed. It would've taken 5 minutes to check me out. TIFFANY & CO y'all need to do better!!!

This is a nice store with a good selection. Be sure to ask for Cameron though! He went above and beyond to meet our needs. He is very knowledgeable, had great PR skills, and was patient and not pushy. I will be coming back to see him.

Horrible company and customer service. I dropped off my necklace to add pendants on Nov 10th. The salesman, Ben and I agreed on the specific order of the pendants on chain. The instructions were clear on the paperwork, however on Dec 4th Ben notified me that my necklace had arrived but the work was done incorrectly. He informed me that he would send it back off as a rush order. On Dec 12th I received a call from Ben that my necklace had arrived. I went to pick it up on Dec 14th and the work was still done incorrectly! Ben offered to send it off a third time, but given the work was incorrect twice and that they had also done work incorrect on my daughter necklace several months prior, I decided not to let them to waste my time again with incompetent work. It's unfortunate I was still charged for their incorrect work AND their stuffy and unfriendly service. My necklace was a gift, otherwise I would never give this location or company my business.

Purchased a bracelet for my daughter’s quinceañera and it was too big. Had it shipped to remove some of the links. Went today to pick it up and it was too small. My daughter really wanted it before school started. Marissa the store manager was able to help us and fix the issue since it was not our fault. Thank you for going above and beyond and making the situation less troubling for us and making it right. We are all humans and we all make mistakes and I understand that. My daughter is happy that she can finally get to wear her birthday present. Thank you.

We recently purchased a necklace and after wearing the beautiful necklace for a couple of weeks we brought the necklace back to have a bigger clasp put on since the one that was on the necklace was so small it was very difficult to put on. I was told it would be $120 to change the clasp out. I was charged $135. When I picked up the necklace Tiffanys was going to give back the diamond necklace in a pouch and plastic baggy. When the necklace was brought back for repair it was in the original box and bag, I had to ask for a box and bag so my wife would have everything she originally had. Disappointing experience. I emailed them my feedback expecting to hear back but was not contacted. I then contacted Tiffany via chat and asked if they acknowledge feedback from customers, they gave me a customer service email address and I sent the feedback again. I was never contacted. Tiffany's is owned by a French conglomerate and is probably not what it once was. I have had better experience's with local jewelers with same or better quality and much lower prices. These situations are where a high-end company should distinguish itself, my take away is I overpaid for a piece of jewelry just to get the name Tiffany that is nothing more than a chain store now masquerading as high-end based on its past. Since Tiffany's did not provide any real customer service and is essentially a jewelry chain store and not even an American chain, I will be returning the piece. To make my point about there customer service I spoke Tiffany's customer service to return the necklace, they told me they would be contacting the store and someone would call me back within the hour. It has been 24hrs and no call-back.
