After 43 years of marriage, one of the prongs on my wife’s engagement ring broke and the original diamond was lost. After initially resisting my insistence that the new diamond have the same strong blue fluorescence as the original, our insurance company replaced the diamond. When the new diamond and setting arrived, they needed cleaning, and a prong obscured the GIA certificate number on the girdle.Our expectations were subdued when we sought help from Thomas Markle Jewelers in the Woodlands, but its staff gifted us a most rewarding experience. Ms. Elaine Diaz, the Store Manager, graciously had our diamond ring cleaned and rotated the diamond so its certificate number is now within view. With their instruments, the staff showed us the microscopic laser inscriptions on the girdle of the diamond and matched it with the GIA certificate. They reassured us that the new setting was made of platinum and was more secure than the original gold prongs.Mr. Dylan Chaney, the Repair Coordinator, has an infectious enthusiasm for his trade. He reassured us that our diamond with its strong blue fluorescence is becoming more appreciated in the industry. Laboratory-grown diamonds do not fluoresce. Hence, our diamond’s fluorescence is proof that it is natural.In our 43 years of marriage, my wife and I have had ups and downs. It wasn’t long ago that my wife’s wedding dress was lost when it was being shipped to our daughter for her wedding. The loss of our original diamond was another point of sadness. Through it all, Thomas Markle Jewelers was always there to provide us with everything from maintenance on Rolex watches to repairs on diamond rings. The staff unceasingly strives to give every customer a positive experience!Many thanks to Ms. Elaine Diaz, Mr. Dylan Chaney, and the staff at Thomas Markle Jewelers for making our continuing journey through life such a wonderful one!

When I first walked in a Rolex store in San Diego a few months ago, I was a bit frustrated because of how long the wait time is in purchasing a Rolex watch. The whole family recently visited Houston and happened to be walking around a mall in The Woodlands. My family and I stumbled in to the Thomas Markle Jewelers. We walked in and were immediately greeted and introduced to Dean Mehew, the Sales Associate at that time for Rolex. He greeted us, made us feel welcomed and informed us about an available Rolex DeepSea watch. He was very informative and knowledgeable about his product and immediately put the timepiece on my wrist. Dean was able to convince me to purchase the watch. And I think I’ve made the right decision in buying them, and I haven’t removed the watch off of my wrist ever since. The transaction went really fast while Dean showed me the different features of the watch. It was indeed a great customer experience! Looking forward to purchase my next Rolex timepiece, the GMT-Master II, and hopefully with Thomas Markle Jewelers!
